Helsingfors under flera års tid. Hon började sälja sex för att mannen behövde pengar för att muta myndigheterna. </p> <p>Mannen och kvinnan träffas i en nattklubb i Helsingfors 2013. Enligt mannen har de då intimt umgänge men efter det är de bara vänner.</p><p>2017 berättar mannen att han varit på polisförhör misstänkt för narkotikabrott och att han är livrädd att utvisas till Costa Rica för att avtjäna sitt straff. Mannen berättar också att han är mycket sjuk och har tre olika slags cancer.</p><p>Mannen behöver pengar för att muta myndigheterna så att han inte utvisas till Costa Rica.</p><p>Kvinnan tar därför stora snabblån och blir skuldsatt.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">Tjänade över 145 000 euro</h2><p>För att betala sina skulder och få pengar till mutorna börjar hon sälja sex under sommaren 2017. Hon säljer sex både i hotell och hemma hos kunder. Hon har mellan 0 och 7 kunder per dag.</p><p>Under ett halvt år har hon 150 olika kunder och hon bedömer att hon sammanlagt har 300 olika kunder. Vissa blir stamkunder.</p><p>Från början av juli 2017 till början av 2020 tjänar kvinnan 145 666 euro på att sälja sex och alla pengar ges till mannen.</p><p>Hon sover bara några timmar under natten eftersom mannen vill att hon inte ska gå miste om kunder.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">Pratade om en ”Court man” som hjälpte honom</h2><p>Mannen känner till hennes kunder och följer efter henne. Han hotar med att hennes familj är i fara om hon inte skaffar fram pengarna.</p><p>Han pratar om en ”bikerman” som bor i samma trappa i Haga i Helsingfors och som kan ha varit medlem i MC-gänget Bandidos. Dessutom pratar han om en ”Court man” som jobbar i rättshuset i Sundholmen i Helsingfors och som hjälper honom och ger råd.</p><p>Kvinnan upplever att prostitutionen till en början känns som ett lätt sätt att få pengar men senare märker hon hur personer förhåller sig till henne. Hon känner att hon är värdelös men kan inte sluta eftersom hon inte har andra sätt att skaffa pengar.</p><p>Hon mår dåligt och kan inte tänka logiskt. Hon tänker att ingen tror henne och att polisen inte kan hjälpa.</p><p>Hon blir deprimerad och har självdestruktiva tankar.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">Hävdar att kvinnan beordrat honom att sälja sig</h2><p>Mannen nekar till att ha tvingat kvinnan att sälja sex. Han för i rätten fram att hon till och med själv föreslagit det och att han då bad att hon inte börjar sälja sig.</p><p>Enligt honom missbrukade kvinnan droger och fick därför stora skulder.</p><p>Han berättar också i rätten att han fortsatte att sälja sig själv när kvinnan slutade i slutet av 2019. Kvinnan ska då ha beordrat honom att sälja sex.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">Inga bevis som stöder mannens berättelse</h2><p>Helsingfors tingsrätt bedömer att kvinnans berättelse är detaljerad och konsekvent. Däremot anser rätten att mannens berättelse är kortfattad och innehåller luckor. Enligt rätten finns det inga bevis som stöder hans syn på händelserna.</p><p>Rätten kan inte slå fast om det stämmer att mannen behövde pengar för mutor för att undvika fängelse i Costa Rica och om det på riktigt funnits skulder som bör betalas.</p><p>Han har inte kunnat bevisa att han dömts till ett fängelsestraff som han ska avtjäna i Costa Rica. Därför slår rätten fast att berättelsen om fängelsestraffet och mutorna inte stämmer.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">Döms också för grovt bedrägeri</h2><p>Mannen döms för grov människohandel för att ha utnyttjat kvinnan. Han ska betala skadestånd på 145 666 euro samt 20 000 euro för psykiskt lidande till kvinnan.</p><p>Han döms också för fyra fall av grovt bedrägeri som handlar om att han lurat olika personer på pengar genom att sälja tjänster och egendom som inte existerar. Brottsrubriceringen är människohandel, diskriminering med inslag av utpressning och skattebedrägeri.</p><p>En utländsk företagare inom skönhetsbranschen misstänks ha lockat landsmän till Finland med löfte om jobb med 1 900 euros månadslön.</p><p>Personerna har anlänt med turistvisum och de misstänks ha börjat jobba utan tillstånd inom företaget. De misstänks ha jobbat där i flera månader, men de har inte fått den utlovade månadslönen utan fått betalt endast för de kundbesök som förverkligats.</p><p>De har fått betalt i kontanter till ett belopp som motsvarar högst 30 procent av vad kunden betalat.</p><p>Till en början bodde arbetstagarna i samma bostad som arbetsgivaren. Senare flyttade de till en bostad som företagaren hyrt.
