Näillä neuvoilla voit hillitä markkinointiviestejä ja -soittoja. Jutun lopusta löydät vinkkejä myös paperisten mainosten torjuntaan. </p> <h2 class="ydd-heading-large">1. Puhelinmarkkinointi</h2><p>Helpoin keino vähentää myyjien soittoja on ilmoittautua <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://www.asml.fi/kieltopalvelut/">Puhelintarjonnan rajoituspalveluun</a>. Se tunnettiin ennen nimellä <strong>Puhelin-Robinson</strong>.</p><p>Teet rajoituksen soittamalla palvelunumeroon 0600 13404 (ma-pe klo 8-18). Puhelu maksaa 0,39 € / minuutti ja hintaan lisätään paikallisverkkomaksu. Rajoitus on voimassa kolme vuotta kerrallaan. </p><p>Rajoituspalvelua ylläpitää Suomen Asiakkuusmarkkinointiliitto ASML Sen mukaan kieltoja noudattavat kaikki sen <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://www.asml.fi/asml-yhteiso/jasenyritykset/">jäsenyritykset</a> ja monet muut yritykset. Kielto ei torju huijauspuheluja eli "Microsoft-tuen" tai valepoliisin soittoja ja vastaavia.</p><p>Rajoituksen voi tehdä kuluttajaliittymään ja myös työsuhdepuhelimeen, jos maksat siitä puhelinetua.</p><div class="ydd-factbox mb-32 mt-32"> <div class="border-l-4 border-turquoise-50 flex flex-col overflow-hidden pb-8 pl-16 pr-16 pt-16"> <h2 class="deco-line-title text-lg">Puhelinmyyntiä säännellään aiempaa tiukemmin</h2> <div id="aria-factbox-65115e7e0c7fe" aria-hidden="false" class="js-ydd-factbox-content ydd-factbox__content overflow-hidden relative"> <p>Tiesitkö, että puhelinmyyntiä koskevat pykälät <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://yle.fi/a/74-20007303">tiukkenivat vuoden 2023 alusta</a>? Puhelimessa tehty ostopäätös tulee voimaan vasta, kun olet hyväksynyt sen kirjallisesti.</p><p><strong>Puhelin- ja nettiliittymien puhelinmyyntiä</strong> muutos ei koske, vaan niillä on oma sääntelynsä. </p><p>Myös<strong> robottipuhelut</strong> eli automaattisilla järjestelmillä soitettavat puhelut luetaan sähköiseen suoramarkkinointiin. Puhelinrobotti <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://www.kkv.fi/ajankohtaista/tiedotteet/robotti-ei-saa-soittaa-myyntipuheluita-ilman-kuluttajan-suostumusta/">ei saa myydä</a> sinulle mitään ilman lupaasi.</p> </div> </div> </div><p><strong>Eikö Puhelin-Robinson auta?</strong></p><p>Jos myyjät soittelevat rajoituspalvelusta huolimatta, voit pyytää soittojen lopettamista suoraan puhelinmyyjältä. Silloin kieltosi koskee vain kyseistä markkinoijaa tai yritystä.</p><p>Viimeinen keino on puhelinnumeron asettaminen salaiseksi. Teet sen oman operaattorin sivuilla tai asiakaspalvelussa. Se hankaloittaa tietenkin elämääsi, koska muut kuin mainostajatkaan eivät löydä numeroasi.</p><p>Puhelinmarkkinointia voit rajoittaa myös <strong>välillisesti. </strong>Teet sen tekemällä suoramarkkinointikiellon Digi- ja väestötietovirastoon ja Traficomiin.</p><p>Nämä viranomaiset eivät myy puhelinnumeroita, mutta periaatteessa mainostaja voi ostaa kohdennetut osoitetiedot rekisteristä ja hakea osoitteisiin puhelinnumerot numeropalveluista. Löydät ohjeet kieltojen tekemiseen alta kohdasta 3.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">2. Tekstiviesti- ja sähköpostimainokset</h2><p>Tekstiviestillä ja sähköpostilla mainoksia saa lähettää vain, jos olet nimenomaisesti antanut siihen luvan – esimerkiksi kun hankit puhelinliittymän tai etukortin tai kun teet sähkösopimuksen.</p><p>Sähköisessa suoramarkkinoinnissa lupa ei saa olla sopimuksissa automaattisesti ruksittuna. Sinun on voitava rastittaa luvat itse. Jos olet epävarma, tarkista asia sopimuksestasi. </p><p>Jos et ole suostumusta antanut, <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://www.kkv.fi/Tietoa-ja-ohjeita/markkinointi-ja-menettely-asiakassuhteessa/suoramarkkinoinnin-kieltaminen/">markkinoija rikkoo kahtakin lakia</a>.</p><p>Ilman lupaasi yritys saa lähettää sähköistä suoramarkkinointia vain, jos <strong>kaikki nämä kolme ehtoa</strong> täyttyvät:</p><ol class="ydd-ol"><li class="ydd-ol__li"><p>Se on saanut yhteystietosi tuotteen (tai palvelun) myynnin yhteydessä ja viestissä markkinoidaan ainoastaan vastaavia tuotteita kuin olet ostanut aiemmassa kaupassa.</p></li><li class="ydd-ol__li"><p>Sinulle on kaupan yhteydessä kerrottu markkinointiviestien lähettämisestä.</p></li><li class="ydd-ol__li"><p>Sinulle on selvästi ja erottuvasti kerrottu jokaisen sähköisen markkinointiviestin yhteydessä oikeudestasi kieltää viestien lähettäminen.</p><p>(Lähde: <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://www.kkv.fi/Tietoa-ja-ohjeita/markkinointi-ja-menettely-asiakassuhteessa/suoramarkkinoinnin-kieltaminen/">Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto</a>)</p></li></ol><p>Omien lupien hallinnointi voi vaatia pientä vaivaa. Monissa yrityksissä ja palveluissa joudut ruksimaan luvat pois erikseen markkinointiviestien eri alalajeilta. </p><p>Tuo vaiva on kuitenkin pieni hinta, jos haluat hillitä mainosten tai markkinoinnin virtaa.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">3. Osoitteellinen mainosposti</h2><p>Kun mainos tulee postiluukusta nimelläsi ja osoitteellasi, mainostaja on voinut saada tietosi yrityksen omasta rekisteristä. Olet antanut sen sinne esimerkiksi jonkin kilpailun tai aiemman tilauksen yhteydessä. Ole siinä tapauksessa yhteydessä suoraan yritykseen.</p><p>Mainostaja on myös voinut ostaa yhteystietosi Digi- ja väestötietoviraston (DVV) tai Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficomin laajoista rekistereistä. Suomessa näitä viranomaisten rekistereitä rahoitetaan osin verovaroilla, osin <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://yle.fi/uutiset/3-11041383">yhteystietoja myymällä</a>. </p><p>Mainostaja voi osaa yhteystietosi viranomaisten rekistereistä esimerkiksi ikäsi, asuinpaikkasi tai Traficomilla vaikkapa automerkkisi perusteella. Haut kohdennetaan tarkasti – siksi lapsiperhe saa vaippamainoksen ja autoilijaa muistutetaan katsastuksesta.</p><p>Traficom myy tietoja liikenneasioiden rekisteristä vain liikenteeseen liittyvään markkinointiin. Digi- ja väestötietovirasto (DVV)</strong></p><p>Voit kieltää <strong>nimi- ja osoitetietojen</strong> luovutuksen netissä. Jos <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://dvv.fi/vaestotietojarjestelma">väestötietojärjestelmässä</a> eli DVV:n rekisterissä on myös <strong>sähköpostiosoitteesi</strong>, kielto koskee myös sitä. <strong>Puhelinnumeroita</strong> viraston rekisterissä ei ole.</p><p>Pääset alkuun sivulta <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://dvv.fi/omien-tietojen-tarkastus-palvelu">Tarkasta omat henkilötietosi</a>. Varaudu tunnistautumaan pankkitunnuksilla tai mobiilivarmenteella.</p><p>Kohdasta <em>Tietojenluovutuskiellot </em>pääset valitsemaan suoramarkkinointikiellon.</p><p>Voit tehdä kiellon myös käymällä henkilökohtaisesti <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://dvv.fi/palvelupaikat">DVV:n palvelupaikassa</a>.</p><p><strong>2. Traficom</strong></p><p>Traficomille kiellon voi tehdä vain sähköisesti. Sinun täytyy tunnistautua vahvasti eli tarvitset pankkitunnukset tai mobiilivarmenteen.</p><p>Aloita <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://www.traficom.fi/fi/asioi-kanssamme/tee-tiedonluovutuskielto">Traficomin sivuilta</a>. Omiin tietoihisi pääset <strong>oman</strong> <strong>nimesi kohdalta</strong> tai linkistä <em>Omat tiedot</em>. Valitse kohta <em>Tiedonluovutus</em>. Voit halutessasi rajata kiellon vain suoramarkkinointiin.</p> </div> </div> </div><p>Osoitteellista suoramarkkinointia voit rajoittaa myös rekisteröitymällä niin sanottuun <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20230925101837/https://www.asml.fi/kieltopalvelut/">Posti-Robinsoniin</a>. Se tehdään hiukan vanhanaikaisesti postitoimipaikoista saatavalla lomakkeella. Posti-Robinsonia ylläpitää sama Asiakkuusmarkkinointiliitto kuin Puhelin-Robinsoniakin.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">4. Osoitteeton mainosposti</h2><p>Omaan postiluukkuun tai -laatikkoon tulevaa osoitteetonta mainospostia on helppo rajoittaa. Tarvitset vain paperia ja kynän. Laita luukkuusi lappu tai tarra “<em>Ei mainoksia, kiitos”.</em> </p><p>Tarra pysäyttää suurella varmuudella irtomainokset sekä Postin Postinen-nimisen mainosjulkaisun. </p><p>Jos mainokset ovat <strong>ilmaisjakelulehden </strong>välissä, tarra postiluukussa ei välttämättä auta. Markkinointi on muuttanut muotoaan.
