On\nthe base of the notion of variable precision rough set model for\nincomplete information system and the rough set model for\nincomplete and fuzzy decision information system, the variable rough\nset model for incomplete and fuzzy decision information system is\nconstructed, which is the generalization of the variable precision\nrough set model for incomplete information system and that of rough\nset model for incomplete and fuzzy decision information system.
