U kunt een boete krijgen als u dat niet doet.</p> </div></div><div class="accordion"><h3 class="toggle" role="button" tabindex="0" aria-expanded="false"><span><span>Verblijf van langer dan 3 maanden</span></span><svg focusable="false" aria-label="Openen"> <title>Openen</title> <use href="/youreurope/citizens/images/ecl/ecl-eu-icons.svg#plus"></use></svg><svg focusable="false" aria-label="Gesloten"> <title>Gesloten</title> <use href="/youreurope/citizens/images/ecl/ecl-eu-icons.svg#minus"></use></svg></h3> <div class="toggle-content"> <p>Als u langer dan 3 maanden blijft, mogen uw familieleden als persoon ten laste bij u verblijven.</p> <p><strong>Familieleden</strong> mogen blijven als zij:</p> <ul> <li><strong>ernstig ziek</strong> zijn en u zelf voor hen moet zorgen, of</li> <li>economisch van u <strong>afhankelijk</strong> zijn.</li> </ul> <p>Uw <strong>partner</strong> mag blijven als deze een <strong>duurzame relatie</strong> met u heeft.</p> <p>De autoriteiten van het gastland nemen per geval een besluit op grond van uw persoonlijke omstandigheden en de nationale regels.</p> <p>De EU-regels garanderen dat zij:</p> <ul> <li>het verzoek tot verblijf van uw <strong>partner</strong> of <strong>familieleden</strong> ten laste <strong>aan de regels toetsen</strong></li> <li>de beslissing erover <strong>zo snel mogelijk</strong> schriftelijk meedelen</li> <li>hun bij afwijzing van hun verzoek de mogelijkheid geven in <strong>beroep</strong> te gaan. Bij afwijzing moet worden vermeld wat de redenen ervoor zijn, wat het voor de betrokkenen inhoudt, en hoe en tot wanneer zij in beroep kunnen gaan.</li> </ul> <h4>U werkt</h4> <p>Als u als werknemer, zelfstandige of uitgezonden werknemer in een ander land werkt, zullen de autoriteiten daar bij hun besluit over het verblijf van uw partner of familieleden zeker rekening mee houden.</p> <h4>U bent gepensioneerd of studeert</h4> <p>Bent u <strong>gepensioneerde of student</strong>, dan moet u bewijzen dat u voor uzelf en uw familieleden:</p> <ul> <li>over voldoende inkomsten beschikt om zonder bijstand rond te komen</li> <li>in uw gastland een uitgebreide ziekteverzekering heeft afgesloten</li> </ul> <p>De nationale autoriteiten mogen niet vragen dat uw inkomen hoger is dan de grens waarbij uw familieleden nog in aanmerking komen voor basisinkomenssteun in dat land.</p> <h4>Inschrijving</h4> <p>Uw familieleden of partner moeten uiterlijk <strong>3 maanden na aankomst</strong> bij de autoriteiten (gemeentehuis, politiebureau of immigratiedienst) een <strong>bewijs van inschrijving of verblijfsvergunning</strong> aanvragen.</p> <ul> <li><a data-linkid="91e1b475-9780-4235-830d-06d05f44f7c3" href="https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/residence/documents-formalities/eu-family-members-registration/index_nl.htm" data-master-href="https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/residence/documents-formalities/eu-family-members-registration/index_en.htm" title="Een bewijs van inschrijving aanvragen">Hoe u voor uw familieleden uit de EU een bewijs van inschrijving aanvraagt</a></li> <li><a data-linkid="67e82fdf-7e37-43d3-8e6f-c3ad7656fe3a" href="https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/residence/documents-formalities/non-eu-family-members-residence-card/index_nl.htm" data-master-href="https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/residence/documents-formalities/non-eu-family-members-residence-card/index_en.htm" title="Een verblijfsvergunning aanvragen ">Hoe u voor uw familieleden van buiten de EU een verblijfsvergunning aanvraagt</a></li> </ul> <h4>Verzoek om het land te verlaten en uitzetting</h4> <p>Uw familieleden mogen in het gastland bij u blijven wonen zolang zij aan de voorwaarden voor verblijf voldoen. Is dat niet meer het geval, dan kunnen de autoriteiten hun opdragen het land te verlaten.</p> <p>In uitzonderlijke gevallen kunnen de autoriteiten besluiten hen het land uit te zetten in het belang van de openbare orde of veiligheid, maar alleen als zij kunnen aantonen dat hun aanwezigheid een ernstige bedreiging vormt.</p> <p>Het uitzettingsbesluit of het verzoek om het land te verlaten moet hun schriftelijk worden meegedeeld. Daarbij moet worden vermeld waarom zij worden uitgezet, en hoe en tot wanneer zij in beroep kunnen gaan.</p> </div></div><div class="accordion"><h3 class="toggle" role="button" tabindex="0" aria-expanded="false"><span><span>Permanent verblijfsrecht</span></span><svg focusable="false" aria-label="Openen"> <title>Openen</title> <use href="/youreurope/citizens/images/ecl/ecl-eu-icons.svg#plus"></use></svg><svg focusable="false" aria-label="Gesloten"> <title>Gesloten</title> <use href="/youreurope/citizens/images/ecl/ecl-eu-icons.svg#minus"></use></svg></h3> <div class="toggle-content"> <p>Uw familieleden en uw partner hebben recht op <strong>permanent verblijf</strong> na een onafgebroken <strong>rechtmatig</strong> verblijf in het gastland van tenminste <strong>5 jaar</strong>.</p> <p>Dat houdt in dat ze zo lang kunnen blijven als ze willen, zelfs als ze niet werken en een uitkering nodig hebben.
