href="http://web.archive.org/web/20070906214725/http://www.marketing-life.cn/?p=53">管理学</a>确实往往一起掺杂运用,如影相随,二者的边界几乎无从区分。从历史久远而言,经济学可以算得上管理学的老祖宗。亚当·斯密被誉为经济学的始祖,而现代管理学产生的标志是彼得·德鲁克在1954年出版的名著《管理的实践》。《国富论》与《管理的实践》二书的发表时间相距一个半世纪还要多。</span></span></font></p> 9pt">萨缪尔森在《经济学》(十六版)中写道:“经济学的精髓在于承认稀缺性的现实存在,并研究一个社会如何进行组织,以便最有效低利用资源,这一点是经济学独特的贡献”。德鲁克在《管理实践》中认为,“管理部门,作为特定的社会组织,承担着使资源更有利用效率的重任,亦即承担着实现经济在组织下进步的重任,为此体现了当今的时代精神。事实上,管理是不可或缺的”。似乎可以认为,经济学与管理学的产生于同一客观现实即资源的稀缺性,二者区别在于经济学重点关注宏观的社会现象和微观的个人行为,而管理学侧重考察组织现象和组织中人的行为。</span></font></p> 10pt">几日来的困顿终于缓了过来。工作紧张,生活忙乱,似乎停都停不下来,每日在烦躁与焦虑中度过。心底暗暗生出些担忧,担心生活丧失了本来的面目,从此失去了控制。原来生活也有惯性,也有路径依赖的现象。若是一味让着它,不知道会走到哪里去,得及时打断链条,寻找个突破才好。</span></font></p> <p><font face="宋体"><span style="font-size: 10pt">赶紧休息了半天。周三,早起,躺在床上读完厚厚一本何炳棣的《读史阅世六十年》,连早饭都懒得去吃。只是,这本广受赞誉的著作,我却没有读出个趣味来。把回忆录当作史作来写固然更有史料价值,却失去了原有的轻松活泼的乐趣。相比之下,我更喜爱李欧梵在《我的哈佛岁月》里对哈佛求学艰苦经历的记述和张五常在《凭澜集》里对经济学名师的回忆,喜欢那种生活的细小琐碎中流露出的不平凡。</span></font></p> Athos)</span>于<span lang="EN-US">1981</span>年<span lang="EN-US">2</span>月出版了《日本管理艺术》<span lang="EN-US">(The Art Of Japanese Management)</span>一书,通过对日本松下电器公司和美国电话电报公司的比较分析,阐明了日美企业管理的不同特点,并且提出了著名的的<span
