The effective lifetime of $B^{0}_{s} \rightarrow J/\psi K^{0}_{S}$ decay is discussed. Finally, the CP averaged ($F_l$) and CP Asymmetry ($A_6$) angular observables of $B_{s}^{0} \rightarrow \phi \mu \mu$ decay is presented as a function of a square of dimuon invariant mass ($q^2$) using the toy MC samples.
