Thus, the aim of this study was to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and employee\u0026amp;amp;amp;#39;s job satisfaction. A total of 214 set of questionnaire were collected from Academic Staff in four (4) Affiliated Colleges in Klang Valley. The correlation of the total scores transformational leadership and employees\u0026amp;amp;amp;#39; job satisfaction indicated a positive, linear and strong relationship (r=.725). And, to assess which dimension of transformational leadership impact more on employee job satisfaction. The name of the organization is withheld for the purpose of confidentiality. The survey was adapted from the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to measure the transformational leadership style. The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was adapted to measure employee job satisfaction. 120 employees from five different domains participated in the study using convenience sampling. Out of which 104 questionnaires completed showing 86.7% response rate. Descriptive and analytical methodology is used. Quantitative research design is adopted. The collected primary data is analysed using descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation analysis is used to test the hypothesis. These studies have revealed that there is a significant and positive relationship between all transformational leadership dimensions (Inspirational motivation, Individualized consideration, Intellectual stimulation, Idealized influence) and employee job satisfaction. Transformational leadership positively effects employee job satisfaction. The result also shows that there is highly significant, positive relationship between two dimensions of transformational leadership (Inspirational Motivation, Idealized Influence) and employee job satisfaction. Also, there is significant medium positive relationship between other two dimensions of transformational leadership (Individualized Consideration, Intellectual Stimulation) and job satisfaction. The main reason for the decreasing of job performances among lecturers is due to the low level of job satisfaction. This study aimed to examine the relationship between a director's transformational leadership style and the level of job satisfaction among lecturers at MARA Professional College. This is a survey study employing descriptive and inferential quantitative method. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and Job Descriptive Index (JDI) instruments were distributed to 64 participants that were chosen using simple random sampling from the 75 population of MARA Professional College lecturers. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The findings revealed that the level of practice of the director on transformational leadership was low. In addition, there was a significant relationship between the transformational leadership practice of the director and the level of job satisfaction among lecturers at MARA Professional College. The level of job satisfaction among the lecturers was influenced by the director's leadership practice, thus a director can increase the level of job satisfaction among the staff by practicing the transformational leadership style in managing a college. The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between the various dimensions of transformational leadership (predictor variable) and their effects on employees’ job satisfaction (criterion variable) in three selected Colleges (Medicine, Dentistry and Science) in King Khalid University. Methods The methodology employed in this study was a quantitative and cross-sectional correlational survey type of design Data collection was done using a questionnaire design that was directly administered to the participants. 250 questionnaires were sent to the participating three colleges (Medicine, Dentistry and Sciences). Results The findings of the multiple linear regression analysis indicated a weak positive association between transformational leadership behaviour and employees’ job satisfaction (R-value 0.386). The multiple linear regression analysis signifies a weak positive correlation between transformational leadership behaviour and job satisfaction (R-value 0.386). A p-value in Spearman’s rho that is less than the 0.05 level of significance indicated that there is a significant level of relationship which exists between transformational leadership behaviour and job satisfaction. Attaining employees' job satisfaction is crucial to retain productive and efficient employees. Therefore, one of the ways that may be effective help managers in increasing the satisfaction among their followersis employing the right leadership style. An effective leader is one that command respect and trust by their followers. Four transformational leadership characteristics which are idealized influence, inspiration motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration are discussed.Transformational leaders perform in behavior that permits them to dole out as act models for their followers. They act in manners that inspire and stimulate those concerning them by bestowing challenge and meaning to their followers' work. They need to rouse their followers' efforts and wage distinct attention to every single individual follower's needs for development. Base on literature review, most previous studies confirmed that these characteristics are significantly related to employees job satisfaction. An empirical study was conducted in a Government Linked Company in Malaysia. 378 employees from 6 different departments are invited to be the respondents of this research. The number of completed surveys which were returned to the researcher was 255. This represents a return rate of 67.46%. The findings show that only one of the four transformational leadership characteristics are found to have significant relationship with job satisfaction. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction of academic staff working in higher education institutions. Data were collected from academic staff (n=208) working in the faculties of Sport Sciences within 6 universities, in Turkey. As a data collection tool, Bass and Avolio&#39;s (2000) Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire to measure transformational leadership, and job satisfaction scale developed by Chang and Chang (2007) to measure job satisfaction, were used. Descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analyses were used as statistical analysis. Every organization or company will try to be effective, so that the programs implemented can realize the company's goals and visions. The business model implemented is by improving employee performance. The important aspects considered having some effect on performance improvement are transformational leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. This study aimed to find out the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction, to find out the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on performance, and to find out the effect of job satisfaction on performance. The object of the study was the teachers at several Catholic schools in West Jakarta with a total of 205 respondents. This research used quantitative method with a Likert scale to measure the results research. The research design used was causality design to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The hypotheses used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) as the analytical technique using Lisrel program. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture does not have any effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance.
