Specifically, to explore a graduate\u0026amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s perception of the extent of the relevance of their chosen program curriculum learning areas to employment, and the extent of the use of competencies and values they learned at university. A survey study design that is descriptive was utilized in the study with a random sample of 179 graduates identified as the primary study respondents. Based on the results, the majority of respondents were employed with permanent or regular employment status and worked locally within the region. Graduates\u0026amp;amp;amp;amp;#39; initial and current employment levels were professional, technical, or supervisory, and they were hired within 1 to 6 months of graduation. Salaries and benefits were the major factors in changing the first job careers of graduates. The changes increase the importance of employability skills and literacy that would ensure career success and degree program relevance. On this premise, a study was carried out using a scoping review to examine the existing literature that published information related to employability skills of Teacher Education graduates in the Philippines. The review covered fifteen published articles that qualified in inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results revealed the top employable skills which include communication; information and communication technology; problem-solving and critical thinking; collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork; research; and leadership. This study offers these skills as a framework in the curriculum enhancement of teacher education programs. It was recommended to Teacher Education Institutions to revisit their curriculum and find out if these competencies were given considerable emphasis in instruction. The partially employable skills of graduates from teacher education programs imply the furtherance of the inquiry to confirm if these skills are employable or not. For a decade now, several teacher education institutions (TEIs) in the Philippines have implemented the Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education (BTTE) program and have produced many graduates. Hence, it is interesting to explore the whereabouts of these graduates to provide relevant baseline data on the BTTE program's success in general but specifically on its responsiveness to the needs of the learning institutions and to the industries for which it caters. Through descriptive-correlational design, the study generally examined the correlates of the employability of the 164 BTTE graduates from a public university for the academic years (AYs) 2015-2019. Results revealed that the graduates were employable within 18 months after graduation in teaching or non-teaching jobs. Moreover, some personal, family, and academic profile variables significantly correlated with their employability. Interestingly, their employability is also associated with their Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) ratings. Higher ratings yielded a shorter waiting time for employment after graduation. As they are entrusted with the responsibility of turning in graduates with employable skills and good attitudes, they experience pressure to enhance their curricula and improve the quality of instruction. This study was conducted to investigate the performance of Batangas State University ARASOF College of Teacher Education graduates through the feedbacks given by their employers as employers' feedback of teachers, which can generate evidence on the quality of graduates, their capabilities and performance in the school, and, as a consequence, the quality of education provided by a teacher education institution. Descriptive in nature, it utilized a survey questionnaire to collect assessment of principal and school heads of 18 schools about the level of satisfaction on graduates' application of teacher proficiencies in the areas of foundations, research, subject matter, learning and development, reflective skills, technologies, pedagogical and professional skills, assessment, dispositions, diversity, collaboration and initiative. The findings showed that employers are satisfied with teachers prepared at BatStateU ARASOF. Employers find the proficiencies explored in the study as very useful for an entry level teacher. When responses are compared, a gap exists between the employers' assessment of graduates and the degree of usefulness of these proficiencies.
