funding for your courses. Funding support will commence from the date that the course is approved. You will need to submit courses well ahead of course commencement, taking into consideration time needed for SSG to approve the funding. Please note that you are not allowed to market the courses prior to SSG’s approval.</p><p>A fee of $109.00 (including GST)<sup>1</sup> is payable online for each course application. After funding is approved, you can also set up the course runs in TPGateway so that the information will be listed in the <a href="/resources/course-directory">Course Directory</a> in MySkillsFuture for trainees to access the available courses.</p><p>For first-time course application, you will also need to fulfil the <a href="/plan-courses/organisation-registration-for-first-time-training-provider/apply-for-organisation-registration">Organisation Registration</a> requirements and pay a registration fee.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Note:</span></strong> <br />SSG will stop funding Non-Certifiable Courses after 31 December 2024. Please note that SSG will stop accepting new submissions for Non-Certifiable Courses from 1 October 2022 onwards. For more details, please refer to the circular published <a href="http://www.tpgateway.gov.sg/resources/announcements-and-circulars/ssg-circular-ppd-2022-9-changes-for-funding-for-non-certifiable-courses">here</a>.<sup></sup></p> </article> <div class="accordion"> <div class="accordion__title" data-toggle="data-toggle"> <p>What are the eligibility criteria for E-Learning Courses?</p><i class="icon-chevron-down"></i> </div> <div class="accordion__content" data-content="data-content" style="display: none;"> <article class="rte"> <div><p>For E-learning courses, they must fulfil the following criteria on top of the fundamental criteria listed above:</p><p><strong>A) Criteria for conduct of e-learning in synchronous mode, i.e. via webinars and video conferencing</strong></p><p><strong></strong>E-learning course evaluation criteria:</p></div><ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha;"><li>Demonstrate system capability to authenticate trainees' identities;</li><li>Demonstrate system capability to validate attendance records & track trainees' progress;</li><li>Trainer/instructor support must be available for trainee who need further clarification or assistance; and</li><li>Technical helpdesk support must be available.</li></ol><p>To organise synchronous online training, Training Provider must also be able to meet the following supplementary requirements to part (b) of the e-learning course evaluation criteria:</p><ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Trainee name and trainee email address (if an email is used to register on the synchronous online training platform). Training Provider will also have to provide time-stamped photographs/snapshots of the online classrooms showing trainees attending the class at the start and end of each session. This may be recorded through the application/ tool used to conduct the online training session, or through photographs taken by cameras or mobile phones;</li><li>Name and/or email address of trainer(s) who delivered the training sessions;</li><li>Date and time records of the delivery of the training sessions; and</li><li>Date and time records of the presence of trainees corresponding to the training sessions</li><li>Keep the full recording of each online session for SSG’s audit when required.</li></ol><p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Note:</span></p><ul><li>All the above records (i) to (iv) must be provided on request to support the supplementary requirements as mentioned above for training conducted using this mode of e-learning.</li><li>For (v) above, Training Providers shall be required to comply with the requirement and keep the full recording of each synchronous online training session for a period of 3 years after completion of the course or receipt of course completion documents by SSG, whichever is later. Training Providers are also required to ensure that all trainees turn on their video cameras throughout the full training session for the purpose of the recording.</li></ul><p><strong>B) Criteria for conduct of e-learning in asynchronous mode, i.e. trainees are learning at their own pace</strong></p><p>E-learning course evaluation criteria:</p><ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha;"><li>Demonstrate system capability to authenticate trainees' identities;</li><li>Demonstrate system capability to validate attendance records & track trainees' progress. Note: Administrator rights to Learning Management System (LMS) to be granted to SSG and to update SSG when there are changes to the LMS and/or LMS administrator rights;</li><li>Trainer/instructor support must be available for trainee who need further clarification or assistance; and</li><li>Technical helpdesk support must be available.<br /></li></ol><p>For certifiable courses to be eligible for absentee payroll funding, the course must have:</p><ul><li>A course commencement date, a course end date and state the minimum estimated number of learning hours expected to complete the course;</li><li>An authentication process to verify trainee identity, enable the conduct of e-assessments and ensure accuracy and authenticity of the assessment results; and</li><li>Instructor facilitation (conducted online without the need for such facilitation to be real-time or face-to-face)</li></ul><br />Courses, delivered in full online asynchronous learning mode, must either be certifiable or endorsed by a Singapore Government agency to be eligible for funding. </article> </div> </div> <div class="accordion"> <div class="accordion__title" data-toggle="data-toggle"> <p>What do I need for the application?</p><i class="icon-chevron-down"></i> </div> <div class="accordion__content" data-content="data-content" style="display: none;"> <article class="rte"> <strong>Certifiable Courses: These are Non-WSQ courses and are supported by a regulatory or professional body</strong><p>Before applying, please ensure that you have the following:</p><ol><li>Description of course content, mode of delivery and detailed breakdown (by hours) of the following, where applicable: <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha;"><li>Assessment </li><li>Classroom training</li><li>On-The-Job (OJT) training (Click <a href="/docs/default-source/default-document-library/other/ojt-task-analysis-template.docx?sfvrsn=ece83c81_6" title="here">here</a> (DOCX, 0.01MB) for the Form)</li><li>Practical/Practicum training</li><li>E-learning</li></ol></li><li>Documentation proof that the course leads to a qualification (below degree) awarded by a local Post Secondary Educational Institution (PSEI); or</li><li>Evidence of course recognised under the regulatory or professional development framework endorsed by a Singapore Government agency for the sector.</li></ol><div><p>Note: Documentary proof could be in the form of a letter, reference to an Act (screenshot of the relevant section) or evidence of (2) & (3) in the agency’s website.
