These biases are shaped by our backgrounds, cultures and experiences. We all hold these biases – they are a part of human nature – and they can have a profound influence over our decision-making in the workplace.</p> <p>In 2015, 3,500 Ericsson managers will take part in unconscious bias workshops around the world. Web-based e-training is also offered to all employees, ensuring that we continue to strive every day to be a truly diverse and inclusive company.</p> <p>To learn more about unconscious bias take the Implicit Association Test (IAT). The IAT measures the strength automatic associations made between mental representations of social groups, evaluations and stereotypes. The test is currently available at 39 country sites, in 25 languages.
