Opera Norway AS has concluded that it is covered by the Act.</p> <p><strong>Due diligence assessments.</strong> In accordance with the Act, Opera will carry out due diligence assessments of the risks associated with Opera’s business of potential violation of basic human rights or decent working conditions by Opera, its suppliers, or its business partners. The results of these due diligence assessments will be reported and made public annually. You may access Opera’s reports below.</p> <p><strong>Information requests.</strong> You have the right to request information about how Opera handles potential negative consequences on basic human rights and decent working conditions. You may do so by sending an e-mail to <a href="compliance@opera.com">compliance@opera.com</a>. You do not have to provide any reason for your request, but doing so can contribute to a more comprehensive response to your request. Opera will strive to respond to your request within three weeks whenever reasonably possible.</p> <p>Reporting violations. If you believe that Opera has not fulfilled its obligations to provide you with adequate information under the Act, you should first report the matter to Opera by email to <a href="compliance@opera.com">compliance@opera.com</a>.
