<p>11月17日，2024第七届中国国际光伏与储能产业大会正式开幕，包括联合国前副秘书长、“一带一路”绿色发展国际联盟主席、欧盟亚洲中心联席主席埃里克·索尔海姆在内的海内外重磅嘉宾出席本次盛会。索尔海姆在接受光伏新观察等媒体采访时表示，中国现在是全球绿色转型不可或缺的国家，中国光伏企业占到了世界光伏太阳能80%到90%的份额，这次盛会带来的影响力可能比刚刚闭幕的联合国气候变化巴库大会更重要。</p><p width="640px"/></p><p><strong>再次参加中国国际光伏与储能产业大会</strong></p><p>索尔海姆是第二次来成都参加中国国际光伏与储能产业大会。“我很高兴来到成都，成都是中国最好的城市之一。我刚刚参加了在阿塞拜疆首都巴库举行的《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十九次缔约方大会，而我认为成都这次盛会可能会更重要。”</p><p>索尔海姆表示，推进全球绿色发展依靠的不仅仅是外交方面的会议或者其他手段，在太阳能等新能源领域正是技术的革新促进了世界范围内的绿色发展。2009年，在哥本哈根举行联合国气候会议时，气候面临的可以说是灾难性的挑战。在之后世界清洁能源有了突飞猛进的发展，而世界上太阳能技术的发展90%就得益于中国光伏企业和光伏技术的发展。</p><p><strong>建议中国光伏企业全球寻找合作伙伴</strong></p><p>在谈到中国光伏企业未来发展时，索尔海姆给出的建议是中国光伏企业要在全世界范围内寻找合作伙伴，与世界其他国家和地区的公司建立更多的合作关系。比如建立利益合作关系，就像中国光伏企业在世界其他地区投资建厂一样，与世界各国的公司建立合作关系。因为世界上每个国家都渴望增加工作岗位，很多国家面临就业问题。欧洲需要工作岗位，特朗普也关心美国的工作岗位。中国的光伏企业能够走出去，能够解决这些国家一定的就业问题，那么将会在全世界范围内受到欢迎。</p><p>索尔海姆举例称，“最近我去了印度一个城市，那里有世界最大的水上浮动太阳能电站，我问你在哪里买的太阳能电池板，他们说我们在越南买的。但他们是从越南的一家中国光伏企业投资的企业买的太阳能电池板”。</p><p>索尔海姆表示，现在中国光伏行业在世界遥遥领先，如果能在其他国家投资，寻求合作，建立合资企业等等，通过这样的方式，中国光伏企业将会得到进一步的发展。</p><p>索尔海姆认为对太阳能电池板或任何其他绿色产品征收高关税的想法都是一个可怕的想法，在全球绿色能源发展方面有任何的保护主义都是一种错误行为。中国现在是全球绿色转型不可或缺的力量，每个国家都需要努力实现绿色环保。但避开中国会让它变得更贵，而且会越来越贵，转型速度也会变慢，要花费更长的时间周期来实现绿色转型。</p><p width="640px"/></p><p><strong>光伏产业发展的一大挑战是土地问题</strong></p><p>在谈到中国光伏企业目前激烈的市场竞争现状时，索尔海姆表示，竞争不全是坏事, 有的时候竞争也是一件好事。通过竞争，我们发现产品的价格下降如此之快，这从来没有发生过，这也是中国光伏产品在竞争状态下赢得的优势。</p><p>索尔海姆建议，中国光伏企业可以通过加强企业之间的合作，比如强强联合来应对行业的挑战。</p><p>在谈到全球光伏行业面临的挑战时，索尔海姆认为目前全球太阳能光伏产业发展的一大挑战是土地的问题，“因为我们知道太阳能<a href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-540.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">光伏电站</a>，它需要比较大的地方”。</p><p>一些大的光伏电站在有的国家没有可能建立，因为它需要大量的土地。所以解决方案是探索太阳能电池板与农业共存，可以在农业领域安装太阳能电池板。比如说下方是农田，上方是太阳能电池板，这样的立体发展模式是否可行。</p><p>索尔海姆预测，太阳能光伏行业未来的发展方向将会更加以人为本，<a
