den Besuch 枚ffentlicher F枚rderschulen sicherzustellen, sind die erforderlichen Sch眉lerheime oder 盲hnliche Einrichtungen zu schaffen. <sup class="satznr">2</sup>Kommt der Tr盲ger des Schulaufwands dieser Verpflichtung nicht oder nicht hinreichend nach, so bestimmt die gem盲脽 Art. 109 zust盲ndige Aufsichtsbeh枚rde nach Anh枚rung des Tr盲gers die jeweils notwendige Art und Gr枚脽e der Einrichtung. <sup class="satznr">3</sup>Die Bestimmungen des Neunten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch und des Achten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch bleiben unber眉hrt. <sup class="satznr">4</sup>F眉r die Errichtung von Sch眉lerheimen bei
