grouping your events. You might want to divide parties from conferences, and lessons from gym sessions. Events Manager allows you an easier way to override these pages and use聽<a title="Placeholders" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20130114195700/http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/">placeholders</a>聽and basic html聽directly聽in your settings page (under the聽<em>Formats/Templates</em>聽tab) to format how a category page looks.</p> <p>To enable this, select the聽<em>Override with Formats</em>聽option in聽<em>Events > Settings > Pages > Event Categories聽</em>in your admin area and proceed to the聽<em>Formats/Templates聽</em>tab to style your category lists and pages.</p> <p>The default link structure for these pages are聽<em>mysite.com/events/categories/my-category/</em>. The聽<em>events/categories</em>聽bit is controlled in the Permalink Slugs section in the above screenshot.
