υλοποίηση του έργου της εταιρείας αποτελεί το στρατηγικό της σχέδιο, το οποίο έχει συνταχθεί με βάση τις επικαιροποιημένες στρατηγικές κατευθύνσεις που δόθηκαν από τον Υπουργό Οικονομικών.</p> <p>Στρατηγικό σχέδιο που στηρίζεται σε τρεις βασικούς άξονες, στη βελτίωση των οικονομικών επιδόσεων της εταιρείας, στη συνεισφορά στην αναπτυξιακή πορεία της ελληνικής οικονομίας και στην προαγωγή της ποιότητας της ζωής των πολιτών, με κοινωνικό και περιβαλλοντικό πρόσημο.</p> <p>Η ΕΕΣΥΠ εξυπηρετεί ειδικό δημόσιο σκοπό, γεγονός που σημαίνει, ότι οι απαιτήσεις για διαφάνεια, κοινωνική αποτελεσματικότητα, λογοδοσία, αξιοκρατία και αποδεδειγμένη ανταποδοτικότητα προς τους πολίτες της χώρας είναι ιδιαίτερα αυξημένες και αφορούν κάθε έκφανση τόσο της λειτουργίας της εταιρείας, όσο και των θυγατρικών της.</p> <p>Επιπρόσθετα, η εταιρεία οφείλει να επιδιώκει τη σταθερή και σταδιακή αύξηση της αξίας του χαρτοφυλακίου της – βάσει δεικτών μέτρησης αποδοτικότητας και αποτελεσματικότητας και επίτευξης συγκεκριμένων στόχων – με σκοπό την εξασφάλιση μερίσματος υπέρ του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου, ικανού για την απομείωση του δημοσίου χρέους και τη χρηματοδότηση του Προγράμματος Δημόσιων Επενδύσεων.</p> <p>Παράλληλα, το χαρτοφυλάκιο της ΕΕΣΥΠ περιλαμβάνει θυγατρικές επιχειρήσεις, των οποίων η κοινωνική και οικονομική βαρύτητα, καθώς και η φύση των δραστηριοτήτων τους, προϋποθέτουν την πλήρωση κριτηρίων για την ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών και προϊόντων τους, με την ενσωμάτωση και τήρηση των αρχών εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης, κοινωνικής ευθύνης, βιώσιμης και πράσινης ανάπτυξης.</p> <p>Ο ρόλος του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών σε αυτό το εγχείρημα είναι κομβικός. Το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο, εκπροσωπούμενο από τον Υπουργό Οικονομικών αποτελεί τον μοναδικό μέτοχο της Εταιρείας, ενώ το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών αποτελεί τον συνδετικό κρίκο της Εταιρείας με την δημόσια διοίκηση, λειτουργώντας βάσει του υφιστάμενου θεσμικού πλαισίου και του Εσωτερικού Κανονισμού της Εταιρείας.</p> <p>Όραμα μας είναι η ΕΕΣΥΠ, με το νέο στρατηγικό σχέδιό της, να καταστεί πρότυπο για τα
