There s a lovely lady named Fatma who was there every morning and she made breakfast such a wonderful affair by being so attentive to my needs since I was eating alone. The front desk staff were also very helpful helping me to save some money by helping me to arrange a shared shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi. Only pity was that hot air balloons were cancelled both days I was here as weather conditions were too windy. The service was exceptional. We were contacted prior to our arrival with options of excursions and airport transfers. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and all our excursions were booked timeously. The location is perfect and within a short distance of most attractions. They really pay attention to the finer details to make sure guests get a 10 star experience and do so with a smile. We booked the “cave” room, which I must say met our expectations. The terrace is also beautiful, and both breakfast and dinner were superb. However, the best part is the staff’s availability and kindness; they helped us book all the tours with a convenience I hadn’t experienced before.
