It goes without saying that one of the primary purposes of research is the application of knowledge to serve the global society. Many companies are learning that in order to further their growth and innovation they need to partner with scientists and researchers to develop proper mechanisms that convey the emerging advances of modern research. With this in mind, ICAR ‘15 aims to bring together scientists of the computer science and engineering disciplines to share and exchange knowledge, experience and results, particularly in applied research that may help meet the needs of local industries and academic institutions. The ICAR’15 is more than just an international conference, but rather an educational platform, to discuss research and publications among young and talented students, scientists, engineers, and professionals. It offers an opportunity for participants to meet with experts and discuss cutting-edge approaches, insights that address the revolutionary aspects of nowadays technologies. ICAR’15 will include keynote sessions hosting international experts to present and discuss state-of-the-art technologies and techniques, research sessions allowing researchers to present their research results, a tutorial session and a poster session allowing selected computer science and computer engineering students to present and promote their final year projects.
