Access to TA Today: A Virtual Workshop Series, running September 2024 through January 2025, is also included as part of a general summit registration.</p> <p>If you’d like to add pre-conference (February 3rd) or post-conference (February 6th) workshops to your ticket, these are a separate fee.</p> <p>Hotel nights or airfare are not included.</p> <h3>I registered online, but haven’t received email confirmation or a receipt yet. What should I do?</h3> <p>You should have received a confirmation receipt immediately after your transaction is completed. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person — and we want as many of your colleagues as possible to experience Talent Acquisition Week! Group discounts available depending on how many team members you plan on sending. For specific pricing details, contact <a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#02686771716b61634265716f6b7567602c616d6f">Jessica Vargas</a>.</p> <h3>Why should I attend a pre-conference workshop?</h3> <p>Trainings are a great investment for a lot of reasons. Hands-on workshops will equip you with frameworks and templates you can integrate into your strategy.</p> <p>These intensive, classroom style workshops are a great way to dive into the most challenging topics around recruiting strategy, alongside your peers and with one-on-one time with workshop instructors.</p> <h3>Are there discounts for nonprofits and government agencies?</h3> <p>Yes and yes. We have special pricing for our government and 501(c)(3) friends. We will email you a link once the conference is over. Note: Look for TA Week staff on-site if you have any problems accessing conference materials online.</p> <h3>Where can I find accommodation information?</h3> <p>We have a discounted room block at the <strong>Paradise Point Resort and Spa </strong>— <a href="february-2025/conference/venue-and-hotel">click here</a> for more information. Note: Make sure to reference  the “<em>GSMI Talent Acquisition Week</em>” room block when you’re booking your room to secure the discounted rate. Also it is important to take note of the hotel discount deadline (<strong>January 10, 2025</strong>). (We cannot guarantee discounts once the deadline has passed.)</p> <h3>What happens if I have to cancel? </h3> <p>We hope you don’t have to cancel . . . but if you must, here are your cancellation options:</p> <p>You can transfer your ticket to someone else in your company at any time at no charge. If you cancel within 28 days of the start date of the event, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 28 days before the start date of the event, there is a $300 cancellation fee. The remaining balance can be applied to a future event. Please contact <a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#442e2137372d2725042337292d3321266a272b29">Jessica Vargas</a>.</p> <h3>What is the venue’s COVID-19 policy? </h3> <p>The TA Week team is following available public health guidance for the safety of our attendees. As of April 1, 2022, the State's requirement for vaccine verification or proof of negative test was lifted and moved to a strong recommendation. As of March 1, 2022, the State of California is no longer requiring masks. While masks are no longer required, attendees are encouraged to wear them for their personal safety and comfort. Attendees are strongly encouraged to administer a home rapid test prior to arriving at the venue. If an attendee tests positive just before arriving to TA Week, they should not attend the event and can contact customer service or <a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#6c06091f1f050f0d2c0b1f01051b090e420f0301">Jessica Vargas</a> directly for a credit toward a future event. </p> <h3>Will I earn SHRM/ HRCI credits for attending? </h3> <p>Yes. Once TA Week concludes, attendees will receive an email with details for accreditation.
