To search for potential job candidates, provide a plain language input, such as “Find me Marketing Managers in Dublin with sales enablement experience” or "Find me someone like [ideal candidate's name]" into the search tool. AI-Assisted Search will analyze what you wrote and instantly populate the right search filters to match your criteria. After your initial search results, AI-Assisted Search will also provide you with additional suggestions.</p><p>With AI-Assisted Search, you can:</p><ul><li>Describe your hiring needs in your own words and the tool will create search filters for you.</li><li>Click the <li-icon type="open-book-icon"></li-icon> <strong>Book</strong> icon to start a search with a prompt template.
