<span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-3.htm"><b>3</b></a></span><i>the</i> aged <i>women</i> likewise reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not being enslaved to much wine, teachers of what is good, <span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-4.htm"><b>4</b></a></span>so that they may train the young <i>women</i> to be lovers of <i>their</i> husbands, loving <i>their</i> children, <span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-5.htm"><b>5</b></a></span>self-controlled, pure, keepers at home, kind, being subject to the own husbands, so that the word of God should not be maligned. </p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-6.htm"><b>6</b></a></span>Likewise, exhort the younger <i>men</i> to be self-controlled. </p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-7.htm"><b>7</b></a></span>In all things be holding forth yourself <i>as</i> a pattern of good works, in the teaching, integrity, dignity, <span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-8.htm"><b>8</b></a></span><i>and</i> sound speech beyond reproach, so that he who is of the contrary may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say concerning us. </p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-9.htm"><b>9</b></a></span>Servants are to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be well-pleasing, not gainsaying, <span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-10.htm"><b>10</b></a></span>not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, so that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things. </p><p class="hdg">God's Grace Brings Salvation</p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-11.htm"><b>11</b></a></span>For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, <span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-12.htm"><b>12</b></a></span>instructing us that, having denied ungodliness and worldly passions, we should live discreetly and righteously and piously in the present age, <span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-13.htm"><b>13</b></a></span>awaiting the blessed hope and <i>the</i> appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, <span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-14.htm"><b>14</b></a></span>who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all lawlessness and might purify to Himself a people specially chosen, zealous of good works. </p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/titus/2-15.htm"><b>15</b></a></span>Speak these things, and exhort and rebuke with all authority.
