العراقي استعداده للمثول امام القضاء العادل. <br/>وقال الهاشمي في مؤتمر صحفي عقده اليوم انا مستعد للمثول امام القضاء العراقي العادل وليس الفاسد والمسيس مطالبا الامم المتحدة الى ان يتداركوا ملف حقوق الانسان وان يوقفوا حملات الاعدام غير المسبوقة. <br/>وكانت المحكمة الجنائية العليا قد اصدرت يوم امس حكما بالاعدام شنقا على نائب رئيس الجمهورية المطلوب للقضاء طارق الهاشمي ومدير مكتبه احمد قحطان بتهمتين.</p> <p><strong>طالباني يأسف لأصدار حكم إعدام الهاشمي لأنه سيعقد المصالحة الوطنية </strong></p> <p>أعرب الرئيس العراقي جلال طالباني، الاثنين، عن أسفه لصدور حكم الإعدام بحق نائبه طارق الهاشمي في الوقت الذي يقول انه يتعين أن تتكلل جهوده بالنجاح في مساعي عقد مؤتمر المصالحة الذي تأجل مرات عدة. <br/>وقال طالباني في بيان له أنه يأسف لأن يصدر في هذا الوقت بالذات قرار قضائي بحق الهاشمي وهو مازال رسمياً يشغل منصب نائب ريس الجمهورية. <br/>واضاف الطالباني أنه لم يتوقف عن التهيئة لعقد اجتماع وطني شامل لتسوية الخلافات والتوصل إلى حلول مقبولة لمشاكل مختلفة، وكان بينها موضوع طارق الهاشمي نائب رئيس الجمهورية. <br/>وأضاف طالباني أن صدور الحكم يعد عاملاً لا يساعد على الحل بل سيعقد الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق المصالحة الوطنية الشاملة.</p> </p></div> <p> أجمل مصدر في وزارة الداخلية حصيلة التفجيرات التي وقعت امس في بغداد، حيث وصلت الحصيلة الى مقتل 58 شخصا وجرح 276اخرين. <br/>وقال المصدر الذي اجمل الحصيلة (للوكالة الاخبارية للانباء) إن التفجير الذي وقع في منطقة النهروان أسفر عن مقتل 2 وجرح 11، فيما أسفر تفجير منطقة الشعلة الى مقتل 8 وجرح 39 . <br/>وأضاف المصدر أن تفجير الذي حصل بمنطقة الوشاش كان الاكبر في عدد الضحايا حيث اسفر عن مقتل 22 وجرح 68 ، فيما أسفر انفجار الحرية عن مقتل 7 وجرح 22 آخرين . <br/>وذكر المصدر أن تفجير حي اور كان الأكبر في عدد الضحايا ايضا حيث أسفر عن مقتل 3 وجرح 70 آخرين ، فيما وصلت حصيلة تفجير مدينة الصدر الى مقتل 8 وجرح 51 مدنيا. <br/>وتابع في منطقة حي المعامل التابعة لمنطقة العبيدي قتل 3 وجرح 5 ، اما في تفجيرات التاجي الثلاثة أسفرت عن مقتل 5وجرح 10 آخرين. <br/>هذا وهزت العاصمة بغداد سلسلة انفجار مساء امس في عددا من مناطقها ، سبقها تفجيرات في الصباح ، فيما هزت تفجيرات أخرى في محافظات عدة راح ضحيتها العشرات من القتلى والجرحى .</p> <h3>اللجنة الأمنية في ديالى تؤكد عدم وجود ما يسمى (الجيش الحر) في المحافظة </h3> <p>أكدت اللجنة الأمنية في محافظة ديالى، عدم وجود ما يسمى الجيش الحر في مناطق ديالى، مبينة ان تنظيمات القاعدة تنتحل اسماء وعناوين متعددة بين الحين والآخر ضمن استراتيجيات تحاول من خلالها زعزعة وإرباك الوضع الأمني . <br/>وقال رئيس اللجنة مثنى التميمي (للوكالة الاخبارية للانباء) اليوم الاثنين لا وجود لما يسمى بالجيش الحر في محافظة ديالى كما يروج له من قبل بعض الأطراف المعادية، مشيرا الى وجود عمليات بيع وتهريب للسلاح باتجاه إقليم كردستان مما تسبب في ارتفاع أسعار الأسلحة والاعتدة في المحافظة . <br/>وأضاف ان اللجنة الأمنية حذرت مسبقا من تجارة وتهريب الأسلحة في ديالى من فترة طويلة ،لافتا ان مناطق جمع وشراء السلاح تتركز ضمن المناطق الساخنة في المحافظة من اجل إخلائها وإفراغها من السلاح وبدعم بعض الدول الإقليمية المعادية للبلاد.</p> <h4>جندي أمريكي يعترف بتسريبه معلومات عن العراق مقابل 3.7 مليون دولار </h4> <p>اعترف جندي في الجيش الأميركي كان يعمل ضمن فيلق المهندسين في العراق، بتلقيه رشوة تقرب من 3.7 مليون دولار إثر تقديمه معلومات سرية إلى رجلين يعملان لشركات أجنبية منحت عقوداً حكومية في العراق. <br/>وذكر ممثلو الادعاء الاتحادي أن جون ألفي سلامة ماركوس، قد تلقى رشاوى، من رجال يعملون في شركات، واستحصلت من الحكومة العراقية على عقود بقيمة 50 مليون دولار، ضمن خطة إعادة الأعمار في العراق، حيث كان ماركوس يعمل لصالح قوات الاحتلال الأميركية في قاعدة سبايكر في تكريت للعمليات الطارئة. <br/>وأقر سلامة ماركوس، بأنه مذنب في عمليات احتيال، وغسل للأموال، وعدم تقديمه تقريراً عن ثروته المالية إلى الخزانة الأميركية حيث يواجه ماركوس عقوبة
