We have no means to contact them and no suitable message in the email logs providing contact details. June 11, 2024 5:02PM BST Identified - We are seeing sporadic issues related to our Microservices cluster on Microsoft Azure which is mainly affecting emailing and the loading of files from the file library. June 11, 2024 8:51PM BST Monitoring - We finally traced the problem down to a random bad server in our Microsoft Azure microservices cluster, which we have now deleted. All seems to be back to normal and we are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure no other problems are remaining. June 12, 2024 8:17AM BST Investigating - We are still seeing less frequent problems with performance. Most services have been failed over to another cluster to avoid the problems. June 12, 2024 10:28AM BST Monitoring - All services have been failed over to another system and there should be no ongoing symptoms while we look to repair our main cluster. June 12, 2024 11:11AM BST Monitoring - Update status to operational for some apps. June 13, 2024 3:10PM BST Resolved - A new cluster has been built to support all of our services and the failover has been stood down. This problem was some undiagnosed hardware/network type error that occurred after we upgraded the cluster (as we need to do every few months).
