These schools are operated by the American Baha'i community and are open to everyone. </p><h1>National Schools & Institutes </h1><p>These national facilities offer beautiful residential settings with a wide variety of year-round programs for families, adults and children: </p><ul><li><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20060812044906/http://www.bosch.org/" target="_blank" title="Bosch Baha'i School">Bosch Baha’i School</a> — Near Santa Cruz, California</li><li><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20060812044906/http://www.greenacre.org/" target="_blank" title="Green Acre Baha'i School">Green Acre Baha’i School</a> — On the coast of Maine</li><li><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20060812044906/http://www.louhelen.org/" target="_blank" title="Louhelen Baha'i School">Louhelen Baha’i School</a> — Northwest of Detroit, Michigan</li><li><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20060812044906/http://www.education.usbnc.org/b_schls_instits/lgi.htm" title="Louis Gregory Baha'i Institute">Louis G. Gregory Baha’i Institute</a> — Located near the South Carolina coast and serving the area with a broadband radio station (WLGI 90.9 FM) and the local population with educational and faith-based programs.</li><li><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20060812044906/http://www.nativeamericanbi.org/" target="_blank" title="Native American Baha'i Institute">Native American Baha’i Institute</a> — Located on a Navajo reservation in northern Arizona and serving a large area with educational and faith-based programs. </li></ul><h1>Local and Regional Schools </h1><p><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20060812044906/http://www.education.usbnc.org/b_schls_instits/reg_schls.htm" target="_blank" title="Regional Baha'i Schools">Regional schools</a> are usually one- or two-week programs held during the summer, winter or spring breaks. Dozens are held each year in a variety of locations, including college campuses, campgrounds, conference centers. </p><p>Weekly classes for children and adults are sponsored locally by hundreds of Baha'i communities across the nation.
