<p>دعا باحثون أكاديميون في النجف إلى وضع أسس علمية لتطوير الجوانب الثقافية في المجتمع بما يمهد لحوار بناء بين الأديان والطوائف في العراق. <br/>جاء ذلك خلال انعقاد ندوة، امس الاثنين، من اجل رصد الإشكاليات التي تقف عائقا أمام جهود التقريب بين أتباع الديانات والمذاهب في البلاد. <br/>وأوضح رئيس الفريق الأميركي من أجل السلام سامي المعمار في تصريح "صحفي"، أن العراق بحاجة ماسة إلى عملية إعادة بناء الهيكلية الثقافية بما يسهم في إزالة الآثار التي خلفتها الحروب وأعمال العنف على البنية الثقافية للإنسان العراقي. <br/>هذا ودعا المشاركون في الندوة إلى تكثيف جهود المثقفين العراقيين في مجال البحث عن في البحرين ضد المواطنين الشيعة</b></p> <p>تظاهر الاف المواطنين في ساحة الخلاني وسط بغداد ،اليوم السبت، للمطالبة بدعم الشعب البحريني. <br/>وقال شهود عيان "إن نحو 3000 مواطن تظاهروا، صباح اليوم، في ساحة الخلاني وسط العاصمة بغداد، للمطالبة بدعم ونصرة الشعب البحريني وسحب قوات درع الجزيرة". <br/>واضاف شهود العيان " أن المتظاهرين رفعوا شعارات تستنكر اعمال العنف التي تمارسها قوات درع الجزيرة ضد المحتجين الشيعة العزل ، و الصمت الإعلامي إزاء ممارسات الحكومة البحرينية في اعتقال المواطنين وهدم المساجد والحسينيات".</p> <p><strong>معتصمو ساحة الأحرار بالموصل يلقنون المالكي درسا قاسيا</strong></p> <p>فشلت الحكومة العراقية المتحصنة بالمنطقة الخضراء في رهانها على إفشال الإعتصام الجماهيري الكبير في ساحة الأحرار بمحافظة نينوى، وجاءت تصرفاتها لتزيد من حدة الإعتصام المطالب برحيل الإحتلال الأمريكي والحكومة على حد سواء. فالحكومة الخائفة من الأحرار في تلك الساحة حاولت أن تفض هذا الإعتصام بشتى الطرق ولكنها فشلت وستفشل أيضا في اي خطوة تقوم بها لأن إرادة الشعب العراقي غادرت الخوف من زمن طويل والواقع يفرض عليهم المزيد من التقدم نحو الخلاص من الإحتلال وعملائه في حكومة المنطقة الخضراء. في البداية قالت الحكومة أنها حصلت على معلومات مؤكدة تشير إلى تخطيط بعض الجهات الإرهابية، لتنفيذ عمليات أنتحارية ضد المتظاهرين في ساحة الأحرار في الموصل، وأثبت الواقع والمعلومات الأمنية التي تملكها شرطة المحافظة والمحافظ أثيل النجيفي كذب هذه المعلومات. وفرض الحكومة حظرا للتجوال في المدينة لفض الإعتصام فنزل المحافظ والشرطة والناس أجميعن من أغلب المحافظات العراقية لإفشال هذا الحظر المخزي والدال على قلق وخوف الحكومة من ثورة الأحرار ضدهم. ثم قامت بعد ذلك الحكومة العراقية بمحاولة لإعتقال شيوخ العشائر الذين يعلنون مشاركتهم في هذا الإعتصام الشعبي، ففشلت ايضا بعد أن أنحازت الشرطة لصالح شيوخ العشائر ومنعت أعتقالهم، كما حصل مع الشيخ برزان البدراني شيخ البو بدران عندما وقفت قوة من الشرطة في وجه قوة من الجيش حاولت أعتقال البدراني جنوب الموصل، وحدث الأمر ذاته مع العديد من الشيوخ من المحافظات العراقية الأخرى. وجاء قرار الحكومة الأخير بإقالة قائد شرطة الموصل وتعيين آخر محله موالي لحكومة المنطقة الخضراء، ليزيد الطين بلة على الحكومة ويكشف عريها المخزي امام قوة الثوار الأبطال في ساحة الأحرار. فقد أعلنت الحكومة المحلية رفضها رفضها تعيين قائد الشرطة الجديد اللواء الركن مهدي صبيح الغراوي، وطالبت بمغادرته المحافظة. وقال محافظ نينوى اثيل النجيفي: "ان مدير الشرطة الجديد فرض على مجلس المحافظة وتم تعيينه بصورة مفاجئة وهو ليس من سكان محافظة نينوى ولا نقبل بوجوده اطلاقا، ونطالب برحيله على الفور". واضاف النجيفي ان "مجلس المحافظة عقد صباح اليوم السبت جلسة طارئة من اجل التصويت على رفض وجود اللواء الغراوي". كما طالب اعضاء مجلس محافظة نينوى: "باقالة الغراوي وعدم فرض مسؤولين من خارج المحافظة على الحكومة المحلية". وكان امر أصدره نوري المالكي الخميس الماضي بتعيين اللواء الركن مهدي صبيح هاشم، وهو من اهالي الكوت، قائدا لشرطة نينوى خلفا للواء الركن احمد حسن عطية. من جانبها انتقدت لجنة الأمن والدفاع في مجلس نينوى، الجمعة، إعفاء قائد شرطة نينوى اللواء الركن أحمد حسن عطية من منصبه وتعيين لواء من محافظة أخرى بدلاً منه، معتبرة أن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى سيطرة المركز على المحافظات على حساب القانون. وأعرب رئيس اللجنة عبد الرحيم الشمري عن استغرابه من "تعيين قائد شرطة جديد من محافظة أخرى لمجرد أن وعكة صحية ألمّت باللواء الركن أحمد حسن عطية"، مبيناً أن "الوعكة استمرت يوماً واحداً، وقد تفاجأنا بتعيين قائد جديد في اليوم التالي". مشيراً إلى أن "هناك نائبين للقائد الحالي وكان بالإمكان تكليف أحدهما تولي المسؤولية بدلاً من تعيين قائد آخر، كما أن هناك العديد من ضباط الشرطة من الموصل برتب عليا يتميزون بالكفاءة والمقدرة وبالإمكان الاستعانة بهم في هذا المجال". ورأى الشمري أن "الهدف من هذه العملية تعزيز سعي المركز في بغداد للسيطرة على المحافظات على حساب القانون وبطريقة مخالفة للدستور"، متسائلاً "كيف جديدة للحكومة.. حليب فاسد في مخازن وزارة التجارة </strong></p> <p dir="rtl" align="right">فضيحة من بعد اخرى تطارد المسؤولين السابقين والحاليين في وزارة التجارة، فبعد ان تم اكتشاف فضيحة الزيت المنتهي الصلاحية وتوزيعه على المواطنين في البصرة، تفجرت فضيحة جديدة، وهذه المرة حول حليب فاسد موجود في مخازن الوزارة واحباط محاولة لسحبه. والمصيبة الكبرى ان احد اعضاء دولة القانون يدافع عن الوزارة ويدعو الى عدم اطلاق الاتهامات جزافا وان كان وزير التجارة وكالة السابق السيد صفاء الصافي لا يعرف عن الزيت المنتهي الصلاحية ولا يعرف عن الحليب الفاسد فهذا يدل على تقصيره وانه وزير فاشل بكل المقاييس في ادارة الوزارة. وفتحت الوزارة تحقيقا في قضية (الحليب الفاسد) في مخازنها، وقال وزير التجارة خير الله بابكر في تصريح صحفي: انه لاحظ في مخازن الوزارة كميات من حليب الكبار بالرغم من أن هذه المادة ليست ضمن مفردات الحصة التموينية، وعلى اثرها تم تشكيل لجنة للتحقيق في الموضوع والوقوف على أسباب شراء هذه المادة. واشار الى ان اللجنة اكتشفت ان أحد التجار قام بسحب (1250) طناً من الحليب بالرغم من قرب نفاذ صلاحية استهلاكه، مؤكدا ان الوزارة سارعت الى ايقاف سحب الكمية وقامت بحجز المادة. واضاف بابكر ان الحليب تم استيراده في العام 2009 من قبل الشركة العامة للمواد الغذائية، مشيرا الى ان الوزارة اطلعت الجهات العليا على الموضوع الذي هو الان قيد التحقيق من قبل جهات متعددة بينها وزارة التجارة ومجلس النواب. من جانبه، دعا النائب عن ائتلاف دولة القانون في مجلس النواب احمد حبيب العباسي، اعضاء لجنة النزاهة البرلمانية الى عدم اطلاق الاتهامات بالفساد الى الوزارات ومؤسسات الدولة عبر وسائل الاعلام قبل الانتهاء من التحقيقات. وبرر دعوته هذه بالقول: ان اطلاق الاتهامات من شأنه ان يفقد ثقة المواطن بالحكومة ومؤسساتها، وقد ينعكس بشكل سلبي على سلوك البعض في الشارع ويؤدي الى حالة من الفوضى والاحتقان. واضاف ان البرلمان والاجهزة الرقابية في وزارة التجارة والمفتش العام والرقابة المالية يمثلون حلقات لا يمكن تجاوزها في ما يخص قضايا الفساد المالي والاداري، وليس من السهل القفز فوق كل هذه الهيئات والظهور في وسائل الاعلام للكشف عن حالات الفساد. والمح العباسي الى وجود اعضاء في مجلس النواب يطلقون الاتهامات جزافا لغرض الاستهلاك الاعلامي، مشيرا الى عدم امكانية مساءلة هؤلاء قانونيا كون لديهم حصانة وبإمكانهم التحدث كيفما يشاؤون تحت قبة البرلمان.</p> <p dir="rtl" align="right"><strong>اثيل النجيفي : يستنكر جريمة قتل الشاب لؤي الانسان لان التظاهرات</p> <p>حق من حقوق الشعب العراقي. واشار النجيفي الى ان قتل الشاب لؤي خليل حمود الحديدي جريمة بحق ابناء محافظة نينوى الذين خرجوا للتعبير عن مطالبهم المشروعة منها خروج القوات الامريكية من العراق والافراج عن المعتقلين الذين لم تثبت ادانتهم بالتهم الموجه ضدهم.</p> <p dir="rtl" align="right"><strong>بابا الفاتيكان يدعو الحكومة العراقية الى مساعدة المسيحيين </strong></p> <p>قال البابا بنديكتوس السادس عشر ان على السلطات العراقية بكل مؤسساتها وكل من لديهم القدرة على ذلك، القيام بشيء لمساعدة المسيحيين الذين يهاجرون خوفا من التهديدات </p> <p>الاصولية.واضاف البابا في مقابلة تلفزيونية بالطبع، على السلطات وكل من لديهم امكانات فعلية للقيام بشيء ما في العراق، ان يقوموا بذلك.وكان البابا بنديكتوس السادس عشر يتحدث في اطار مقابلة تلفزيونية اجرتها معه شبكة راي الايطالية العامة بمناسبة يوم الجمعة العظيمة، وقد ادلى بهذا الموقف ردا على اسئلة طلاب عراقيين حول هجرة المسيحيين من هذا البلد بعد تعرضهم لسلسلة اعتداءات.وتابع نريد القيام بعملية مصالحة وتفاهم، بما في ذلك مع الحكومة حتى نساعدها على طريق المهمة الصعبة لاعادة تركيب مجتمع مفكك.واكد البابا ان على الكنيسة ان تبذل كل ما في وسعها حتى يتمكن المسيحيون من البقاء وان يتمكنوا من مقاومة الرغبة في الهجرة التي يمكن تماما تفهمها نظرا الى الظروف التي يعيشونها.</p> <p><strong>الجميلي: ميليشيات حكومية تستهدف النواب الذين يعلمون على كشف ملفات الفساد </strong></p> <p>قالت النائبة عن ائتلاف العراقية وحدة الجميلي أن الجهات التي تستهدف أعضاء مجلس النواب هي "ميليشيات حكومية". وأضافت الجميـلي: "أن هذه الميليشيات مدفوعة من قبل المتنفذين في الحكومة ومن كبار المسؤولين المتورطين في الفساد المالي و الاداري والمتلاعبين <br/>وقال نائب رئيس مجلس قضاء سنجار ميسر حجي صالح، في حديث لـ" السومرية نيوز"، إن القضاء شهد، منذ ليل أمس الخميس، موجة أمطار غزيرة أدت إلى حدوث سيول جارفة وفيضانات لم يشهد لها مثيلاً منذ أكثر من عشرة الوقت من السنة لتساهم في تنقية الأجواء بعد ايام من العواصف الترابية وترفع من معدلات انتاج بعض المحاصيل الزراعية. وتساقطت في دهوك كميات كبيرة من الأمطار منذ ساعات الصباح الأولى في مركز المدينة والمناطق المجاورة لها وبشكل شبه مستمر في حالة غير مسبوقة وبمعدلات كبيرة. وادت الامطار الى حدوث سيول وتجمع المياه في العديد من شوارع المدينة وساحاتها والأحياء السكنية حيث أن كميات الأمطار المتساقطة ستساعد على مياه الأمطار في العديد من شوارع المدينة والتي اصبحت حركة السيارات والمارة فيها صعبة. وقال مصدر بيئي ان الأمطار غير المسبوقة في هذا الوقت من العام ساهمت في تنقية أجواء الاقليم بعد تعرضه خلال الأيام attacks on Christians in Iraq, as well as in neighbouring countries.</p> <p>It is time "to think seriously about steps that need to be taken to protect all the minority communities," White insisted.</p> <p>Danish Foreign Minister Lene Espersen agreed.</p> <p>"Ending this spiral of violence requires Iraq’s religious communities to come together and decide that they want to reject violent extremism in all its forms," she wrote to AFP in an email from Doha Wednesday.</p> <p>"We have today in Copenhagen a gathering of religious leaders representing Shiite, Sunni and Christians," she pointed out.</p> <p>"This group of leaders has the power and influence to negotiate on behalf of the people they represent, to deny legitimacy to the use of violence and to call authoritatively for reconciliation and peaceful solutions," Espersen said.</p> <p>"They have done so successfully before, and if they decide to, they can do it again."</p> <p>FRRME, a British non-governmental group, had previously only revealed that eight of Iraq’s Muslim and Christian religious leaders would take part, refusing to divulge their identities for safety reasons.</p> <p>On Wednesday, however, White revealed some of the participants to AFP, pointing out that one of Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki’s top Sunni advisors, Sheikh Abdul Latif Humayem, was at the meeting.</p> <p>Shiite leader Sheik Abduhaleem al-Zubairi, Younadam Kanna, who represents Iraq’s Assyrian community, and Archbishop Avak Asadorian, who is head of the country’s Christian Council, were also present, White said.</p> <p>"We have some influential leaders here," he said.</p> <p>Hard work is needed to stem the recent wave of violence against Christians in Iraq.</p> <p>In the worst such attack, militants stormed a church in central Baghdad on October 31, leaving 44 worshippers, two priests and seven security force personnel dead. Al-Qaeda’s local affiliate, the Islamic State of Iraq, claimed responsibility for the assault.</p> <p>"I hope this gathering will send a clear message to the Iraqi people: that religious communities must be protected and sectarian violence in all its forms is condemned and must be brought to a halt," Espersen said in her email.</p> <p>"In Iraq every single religious community has suffered religiously motivated violence. This is not about Muslims attacking Christians, these are extremists attacking humanity," she lamented.</p> <p>White agreed.</p> <p>"The majority of Muslims in Iraq are not against Christians," he insisted, claiming that "so much of the violence, particularly from Al-Qaeda links, has come from outside Iraq."</p> <p>"We are not against each other. We are not fighting each other and we need to work together," he said.</p> <p>The Copenhagen summit also comes as Christians have increasingly come under attack in Iraq’s neighbouring countries as well.</p> <p>A policeman shot dead a Christian on a train in Egypt, wounding five others, on Tuesday, less than two weeks after 21 Coptic Christians were killed in an attack on a church in the northern Egyptian city of Alexandria on December 31.</p> <p>"Christians are at risk in many, many Islamic countries now," White said, lamenting that "Christianity is seen in the wrong way."</p> <p>"(It is) seen being totally aligned with the West," he said, pointing out that people like Florida pastor Terry Jones, who last September threatened to burn a pile of Korans, were tarnishing the <p>كوبنهاغن: يعقد عدد من القادة الروحيين المسيحيين والمسلمين العراقيين اجتماعا مغلقا في كوبنهاغن اليوم الاربعاء لمدة يومين في محاولة لنزع فتيل العنف الذي يستهدف الطوائف المسيحية في بلاد الرافدين. ويشارك ثمانية من القادة بقيت اسماؤهم طي الكتمان لاسباب امنية في "اجتماع الازمة" وهم "بين الاكثر نفوذا في العراق"،</p> <p>وفقا للقس اندرو وايت راعي كنيسة سان جورج الانغليكانية في بغداد. ويعمل وايت كذلك رئيسا لمنظمة "ريليف اند ريكونسيلييشين إن ذي ميدل ايست" البريطانية غير الحكومية، وقام بتنظيم الاجتماع بمشاركة وزارة الخارجية الدنماركية. وقال القس وايت انه يتوقع مفاوضات "صعبة دقيقة" بين السنة والشيعة والمسيحيين لكن "هؤلاء الرجال الذين يكنون حقدا عميقا الواحد تجاه الآخر على استعداد للالتقاء". واضاف في بيان "اذا كان بامكانهم العمل سوية، فستكون لديهم القدرة على تحقيق السلام" ووقف اعمال العنف المتزايدة ضد الاقليات الدينية في العراق و"الا فان الاوضاع لن تشهد سوى المزيد من التدهور". وقال ستيفن جنسن، من لجنة التنظيم ان الاجتماع سيبقى مغلقا بوجه وسائل الاعلام من اجل الحفاظ على "سرية المحادثات وجديتها"، ومن المتوقع عقد مؤتمر صحفي في ختام اللقاءات بعد غد الجمعة. من جهتها، قالت وزيرة الخارجية الدنماركية مين اسبرسن ان من الضروري "تشجيع الحوار بين المجموعات الدينية في العراق" اثر الهجمات التي تستهدف المسيحيين على غرار ما حدث في كاتدرائية سيدة النجاة للسريان الكاثوليك حيث قتل مسلحون من القاعدة 46 مصليا بينهم كاهنان في 31 تشرين الاول/اكتوبر. واضافت "ندين بشدة هذه الهجمات التي يجب تجنبها" عبر الحوار و"لدى القادة الروحيين مسؤولية اخلاقية مهمة للتأكد من ان دياناتهم ليست مستغلة للتحريض على العنف". ويدفع الاعتداء على الكنيسة بالمسيحيين العراقيين، وهو الاكثر دموية ضدهم، الى طريق الهجرة اما باتجاه كردستان العراق او سوريا ولبنان والاردن كمحطات مؤقتة بانتظار انتقالهم الى اميركا الشمالية واستراليا. وتراجعت اعداد المسيحيين في العراق الى اقل من نصف مليون حاليا بعد ان كانت بين 800 الف واكثر من مليون قبل الاجتياح الاميركي، وفق تقديرات مصادر كنسية ومراكز ابحاث متعددة. وتؤكد المنظمة البريطانية غير الحكومية ان اقليات اخرى تتعرض للاعتداءات ايضا مثل الاكراد الايزيديين والكاكائيين والصابئة المندائيين. وتعقد الاجتماعات في كوبنهاغن لان انعقادها في العراق لم يكن مضمونا، بحسب المنظمين. كما انها تخضع لاجراءات امنية مشددة حيث لم يعلن عن مكانها او اسماء المشاركين فيها خشية التعرض لاعتداءات. بدوره، قال اسقف كوبنهاغن بيتر سكوف جاكوبسن ضيف الاجتماعات ان "جميع المسيحيين قلقون حيال الظروف الصعبة التي يعيشها اخوتهم في الدين والاقليات الدينية الاخرى في العراق والشرق الاوسط نظرا لما شاهدناه في الاسكندرية مؤخرا" في اشارة الى مقتل 21 قبطيا في اعتداء استهدف كنيستهم ليلة 31 كانون الاول/ديسمبر الماضي. يذكر ان اجتماعا مماثلا عقد العام 2008 بدعوة من الدنمارك والمنظمة البريطانية غير الحكومية اسفر عن "اتفاق كوبنهاغن". وفتح هذ الاتفاق الباب امام اول فتوى مشتركة بين السنة والشيعة في العراق تندد بالعنف والارهاب وتقر بحقوق الاقليات الاثنية والدينية.</p> </p></div> </div> </div> <hr/> <div المقرر ان يتناول المؤتمر دور رجال الدين والعشائر في موضوع المصالحة الوطنية والتعايش السلمي ، وسبل تطوير العلاقات وعدم التمييز بين مختلف أطياف المجتمع ، وتقوية اواصر العلاقات الانسانية واحترام الرأي والرأي الآخر ونبذ العنف وعدم تهميش الاخرين. <br/>تجدر الاشارة الى أن المؤتمر الذي تستمر ليومين، تنظمه منظمة التنمية المدنية CDP بالتعاون مع منظمة الإغاثة الدولية RI وبرنامج السلام والتعايش السلمي في
