Its name sums up the objective of the platform: provide visibility (Vision) to content (Press).

Vision4Press is based on the Joomla Content Management System, widely enriched with in-house developed components and modules to respond to the specificities of STM publishing.

Vision4Press is not a one-size-fits-all platform. To respond to the needs of our partners and different scientific communities, we have developed Vision4Press to provide several display options, and possibilities of customization. The team welcomes suggestions for improvement.

Vision4Press hosts journals and conference proceedings published by EDP Sciences and also offers white label solutions for other publishers.

Publication Formats

Journal Content Promotion

Worldwide Dissemination and Linking

Reader Facilities

Subscriptions and Access Control for Subscription Journals

Open Access

Content Preservation and Interoperability

Services to Editorial Boards

Other contents

Publication Formats

Full-text HTML, PDF, ePub - Full XML format (MathML, movies, images) allows conversion to HTML, PDF and ePub formats to offer readers an optimal experience.

Responsive design - Journal pages can be displayed on a variety of devices and screen sizes.

Tablet formats - Most specialized e-readers & tablets (ePub, Kindle) are supported.

Rich-media - Multimedia and 3D models can be published in the HTML version and PDFs (ePub).

References - Dynamic links ensure access to the cited articles via CrossRef, both in the HTML version and PDF.

Journal Content Promotion

Dedicated URL - A dedicated URL ensures a sole and unique access point and interface to each journal, its web pages and articles.
