To manage demand, we聽mapped the annual demand cycle based on key deadlines to our populations (residency application, AAAS Fellowship, consulting season due dates, etc.)聽and developed strategies to manage the those demands.聽We pair and "breadcrumb"聽programs to lead students/postdocs to the next event (e.g.,聽have an聽interactive CV workshop聽with short聽follow up 20-minute review appointments, or publicize an upcoming聽interviewing workshop at a cover letter聽workshop, etc.);聽built out interactive workshops聽to聽limit the number of 1:1 counseling appointments.
