The user can choose when to initiate or join a live chat. I use this mainly for monitoring the activities on my website and gathering information about my visitors. This platform allows you to track the number of visitors on your website and the number of times each page is viewed. It also gives you some data about your website’s visitors, like their IP addresses and countries.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Some of tawk.to’s features may take a while to learn how to navigate, especially for new users. In my experience, it took some time to figure out how to customize widgets. Tawk.to gives the illusion that customer support service is always available with its automatic messaging.
