NetLink NBN Management Pte. Ltd. (trustee-manager of Netlink NBN Trust listed on the SGX). He is a member of the Board of Trustees of SG Eco Fund and National University of Singapore (NUS). He also serves on the boards of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Flipkart Private Ltd and CapitaLand Investment Limited.</p> <p>Mr Mah served on the boards of the Singapore Tourism Board as the Chairman from 2017 to 2023, the Singapore Economic Development Board from 2015 to 2021, the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) from 2007 to 2014, during which he was SLA’s Chairman between 2010 and 2014 and the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) from 2015 to March 2023 during which he was SAC’s Chairman from 2016 to March 2023. He was Chairman of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce between 2015 and 2017, and an external member of the Audit Committee of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank from 2017 to 2020.</p> <p>In 2016, Mr Mah retired as CEO of Deloitte Southeast Asia and Chairman of Deloitte Singapore. He was with Deloitte for over 38 years, including five years in its Melbourne office. During his tenure, Mr Mah led teams serving multinational and local companies across a wide spectrum of industries, specialising in financial services, telecommunications & technology, real estate, private equity and manufacturing and advising companies in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Throughout his 16 years as a Minister, Prof. Yaacob was also Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs. He started his political career as a Member of Parliament (MP) in Jalan Besar GRC in January 1997, and held several political appointments before becoming a Minister in 2002.</p> <p>Prof. Yaacob graduated from the University of Singapore with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1980. He worked as a structural engineer with a multinational engineering consulting firm from 1980 to 1984. He pursued his Ph.D at Stanford University from 1984 and graduated in 1989. He spent two years as a post-doctoral fellow at Cornell University. He joined the National University of Singapore (NUS) as a faculty member in 1990 where he became a tenured member. (a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore). </p> <p>Ms Yeo has more than 30 years of experience in professional practice and in finance roles in commercial organisations. She was a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP until her retirement and was the head of its real estate practice. Ms Yeo led audits of clients engaged in infrastructure projects, property development and investment and related technical services. She also led audits in other segments of the economy including manufacturing, marine transportation, oil and derivative trading, hospitality, retail and channel distribution. She had supported clients on initial public offerings of equity and debt securities.</p> <p>Ms Yeo holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore (now part of the National University of Singapore).
