This initiative leverages the company’s optical infrastructure in collaboration with the <strong>Sarantaporo.gr Non Profit Organization</strong>.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">As part of its first sponsorship initiative, Grid Telecom is providing free capacity services to <strong>connect the Sarantaporo.gr Wireless Community Network with the National Infrastructures for Research and Technology Network (GRNET SA)</strong>, one of the country’s largest public technology organizations.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">By connecting the Sarantaporo.gr Wireless Community Network to the nearest Data Center where GRNET has a presence through Grid Telecom’s infrastructure, <strong>the quality and speed of telecommunications services in the area will be significantly improved</strong>.
