target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>废钢</a>亦有提涨，生铁成本明显增加，部分铁厂报价再度上调。然受运输影响，下游需求未有好转，多以刚需采购为主，市场交投气氛冷清。综合来看，在高成本支撑下，预计下周生铁市场稳中趋强运行。</p> <p>【钢坯】本周全国钢坯价格先扬后抑，截至4月22日，唐山钢坯出厂价格4790元/吨，较上周下调20元/吨；仓储现货4870元/吨，较上周下调40元/吨；江阴港现货价格4900元/吨，较上周下调70元/吨。目前主要集散地-唐山市场再次受疫情影响，交投气氛走弱，但运输层面相对好于上次，使得一些交易仍可以进行；加之钢企成本维持高位，在原料持续坚挺背景支撑下，厂商多挺价运行。另外从消息层面来看，近期国家不断出台稳工业、稳交通的政策，在心态上给予市场一定支撑。当然考虑到实际需求毕竟缩减，加之钢企厂内大量成品及坯料库存累积，这为后期市场带来不利影响。同时疫情的反复，也加重了商家谨慎调整心态。故综合来看，预计近期钢坯市场或多呈现谨慎调整走势。</p> <p>【动力煤】产地方面，本周主产地煤炭市场依旧延续弱势，产地供应以保供和化工采购为主，市场煤多按需限量采购。受大秦线事故影响，铁路计划紧张，同时疫情管控下汽运跨省运输受阻，主产区出货困难，整体库存压力较大；陕西区域：销售情况略有好转，主要以周边化工厂拉运为主，基本维持即产即销状态。受部分汽运路段运输不畅以及包西线检修影响，运力较为紧张，贸易商可操作空间下降，整体需求支撑乏力；内蒙区域：煤矿维持正常生产，个别煤矿因煤管票用尽或倒工作面暂停生产，部分煤矿出货有所好转，但仍相对偏弱，市场采购情绪一般，多以保供和上站台为主，沫煤库存逐步消化，块煤受疫情影响下游企业开工较差，需求转弱，价格小幅调降；山西区域：多举措推进保供稳价政策，保障煤炭稳定供应。受山西疫情影响，跨省运输仍多有阻碍，但随着部分地区逐步解封，运输略有好转。大秦线事故运能出现暂时下降后逐步恢复至高位，随后大秦线提前进入检修期，对煤炭外运会造成一定的影响。现榆林Q6200报740元/吨，鄂尔多斯Q5500报700元/吨，大同Q5500报700元/吨。港口方面，14日大秦线突发火车脱线相撞事敀，且影响时间持续数日，期间单日运量降至不足百万吨，环渤海港口货源集港阶段性遇阻，随着19日事故影响消除，铁路运量逐渐恢复至125万吨附近，市场供需关系暂时性紧张，基本面支撑上游报价情绪上调。但受终端需求持续偏弱影响，港口装船多以长协煤兑现为主，电厂对上游报价接受度不高，成交处于短暂僵持状态；调运方面，截止4月21日，环渤海三港（除黄骅港）合计库存1741万吨（+19.2）,调入146.6万吨，调出127.4万吨，其中秦皇岛库存435万吨，锚地55船，预到26船；曹妃甸港区库存915.4万吨，锚地16船，预到13船；京唐港区库存390.6万吨，锚地15船，预到8船。现秦皇岛Q5500动力煤平仓价900元/吨，Q5000平仓价818元/吨。下游方面，疫情对江浙沪等用电大省的影响依旧较大，且全国气温适宜度上调，居民用电及工业用电均处亍低负荷状态，两广及福建地区疫情得到阶段性控制，工业用电需求增加推高电厂负荷率，外加部分电厂因进口煤采购受阻，及北上内贸煤采购不及时，造成库存水平大幅下降。而江浙沪地区工业企业整体开工率较差，工业用电需求表现疲软，加之当地对水电等清洁能源接收能力提升，致使整体电厂负荷下降，煤炭库存出现少量累积。据<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>Mysteel</a>统计，截止4月22日全国72家电厂样本区域存煤总计1047.9万吨，周环比增加12.6万吨，日耗39.6万吨，周环比增加0.2万吨，可用天数26.4天，周环比增加0.2天。进口煤方面，本周市场活跃度有所好转，受国内市场回温，进口煤市场询货问价增多，但当前中高卡煤仍处于倒挂状态，低卡煤相较国内有一定优势，进口煤贸易商谨慎操作，后续仍需关注国际国内市场动向。现印尼Q3800FOB价报88美元/吨，周环比下降2美元/吨。</p> <p>【<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----050203-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>喷吹煤</a>】本周国内喷吹市场暂稳运行，各区域大矿价格以稳为主，生产情况相对稳定；下游钢厂多以按需补库为主，价格方面波动影响较小，山西区域物流有所好转，省外汽运仍有受限。进口喷吹煤价格高位运行，有价无市。本周Mysteel统计全国247家钢厂样本显示喷吹煤库存452.6减0.2，喷吹可用天数13.33天减0.1天。Mysteel调研247家钢厂高炉开工率79.80%，环比上周下降0.31%，同比去年下降5.70%；高炉炼铁产能利用率86.35%，环比下降0.07%，同比下降2.46%；钢厂盈利率74.89%，环比持平，同比下降15.15%；日均<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/article/p-4262,7073-------------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铁水产量</a>232.97万吨，环比下降0.33万吨，同比下降4.26万吨。全国主要城市喷吹煤价格如下：山西阳泉无烟喷吹Q7200，A11，S1.2报1760元/吨；晋城无烟喷吹Q6500，A11，V11，S0.5报1880元/吨，长治喷吹煤Q6300，A11，S＜0.5公路价格报1900元/吨；河南永城无烟喷吹煤Q7000，A11，S0.5报2100元/吨，焦作无烟喷吹煤Q6800，A11，S0.5报1830元/吨；安徽宿州喷吹煤Q6800，A10.5，S0.4报2150元/吨；宁夏石嘴山无烟喷吹煤双10出厂报2060元/吨；贵州六盘水无烟喷吹煤Q6500，A12，S0.8报1600元/吨，以上价格均为出厂含税价。港口喷吹煤参考价格如下：日照港无烟喷双11港口平仓价2100元/吨。钢厂喷吹煤采购价参考价格如下：九江地方无烟喷吹煤到厂含税价1990元/吨；河钢无烟喷吹煤到厂含税价1870元/吨；邢钢无烟喷吹煤到厂含税价1840元/吨；沙钢无烟喷吹煤到厂含税价2100元/吨；日钢无烟喷吹煤到厂含税价1950元/吨；昆钢无烟喷吹煤干基到厂含税价2000元/吨。进口喷吹煤参考价格如下：俄罗斯无烟喷吹煤A10.5,V8.5CFR报285美元/吨。</p> <p>【焦炭】本周焦企开工有上升，Mysteel统计全样本：产能利用率为76.6%，增1.6%，焦炭价格累涨6轮，累积上调1200元/吨。本周山西运输环节，但唐山地区封控刚解除，疫情形势下相应上游焦企依旧面临物流运输困难、出货难度增加，山西焦企焦炭库存增加，其余地区库存下降，整体铁水产量上升，焦炭需求较好，短时间焦炭依旧偏强。<br /> 港口方面贸易商有恐高心态，采购积极性下降，两港库存降幅明显。港口现贸易现汇出库：准一级焦4030，一级焦4130；工厂承兑平仓：二级3910，准一级4010，一级4110，均含税价。<br /> href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----050101-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>冶金焦</a>报价3740-3850元/吨；准一级干熄冶金焦报价4100-4270元/吨；一级湿熄冶金焦报价3800-4000元/吨；一级干熄冶金焦报价4400-4500元/吨。山东地区焦炭价格准一湿熄主流报价3870-3910元/吨，准一干熄主流报价4260-4320元/吨，出厂现汇含税。内蒙古鄂尔多斯一级3740元/吨，包头准一3700元/吨，赤峰二级0.8报3732-3830元/吨，均出厂含税价。</p> <p>【进口煤炭】本周海运炼焦煤市场呈涨跌互现格局。连续近半月时间，价格持续上涨，较4月份低点累计上涨50-126美金左右，价格涨至高位，国际终端对远期高价接货意愿有所减弱，远期FOB价格小幅回落，但国际局势紧张，西方国家暂停采购俄罗斯煤炭，且整体可外售量有限，对于远期价格形成支撑。另外个别大型俄罗斯煤企招标，K10瘦煤中标价在400美金左右，折算人民币在3040元/吨，对比国内同品质煤种，性价比优势明显减弱，如再度竞标，价格再次上调，不排除下游接货意愿降低可能。国际炼焦煤价格指数如下：PLV报525.5美金/吨，周环比涨3.5美金/吨，月均481.56美金/吨；PMV报527美金/吨，周环比涨36美金/吨，月均471.25美金/吨；HCC64Mid报483.25美金/吨，周环比涨30.25美金/吨，月均438.29美金/吨；Semi-Soft报250.75美金/吨，周环比涨12.5美金/吨，月均233.63美金/吨。港口炼焦煤方面，随着河北唐山疫情有效控制，部分区域陆续得到解封，物流周转情况改善，港口市场交投氛围活跃度提高，贸易商资源陆续出货，所剩资源无几，部分持有资源未出货企业或贸易商，更倾向于高价出货，港口报价坚挺，K4报价2900-3000元/吨不等，GLV报价3600-3700元/吨。本周Mysteel统计全国16个港口进口焦煤库存为575.3减53.1；其中华北3港焦煤库存为253.0减39.0，东北2港98.8减1.1，华东9港67.5减10.0，华南2港156.0减3.0。<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-2150-----050202-0-021803-------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>进口蒙煤</a>方面，本周甘其毛都口岸日均通关280车，周环比增加64车，通关仍在增量，随着中蒙的积极推进，不排除有继续增加可能；策克口岸仍未开关，部分贸易商反馈，预计在五月份可能恢复。另外甘其毛都口岸短盘运费再次上涨，市场主流价格在1300-1400元/吨区间内。价格方面，甘其毛都口岸蒙5#原煤2550元/吨，周环比涨60元/吨；蒙5#精煤2970元/吨，周环比涨130元/吨；满都拉口岸主焦精煤2350元/吨，周环比涨50元/吨；1/3焦原煤1380元/吨，周环比涨30元/吨；二连浩特口岸蒙5#原煤2500元/吨，周环比涨150元/吨；均口岸货场提货含税现金价。总体来看，海运炼焦煤由于国内外价差继续拉大，考虑利润成本，国内贸易接货意愿不强，而俄罗斯K10招标中标价已达400美金，对比国内同品质煤种，性价比优势减弱，后期价格再度调整，不排除国内接货意愿降低。蒙煤方面，中蒙两国积极推进，甘其毛都通关增加，策克有望恢复开关。</p> <p>【铁合金】铁合金市场一周概览（4.15-4.22）【硅锰】综合来看，下周硅锰市场成交将有所活跃，由于五一小长假的存在，较多钢厂会选择节前完成招标，而从招标趋势来看，由于有南方及华东钢厂9050元/吨承兑送到价格出现，也带动了厂家端良好的预期，而从成本来看，虽前2周锰矿价格出现小幅回调，但目前硅锰现货均是前期高矿价生产，厂家端低于8400现金出厂现货较少，且南方由于电费、煤焦等影响，整体成本仍偏高，厂家顶价心态偏浓，但由于市场现货较多，可能给5月钢招造成压力，整体来看，5月钢招预期略好，但仍难大范围脱离4月钢招8800均价，厂家端利润仍维持低位运行，但随着市场现货库存的消耗，市场信心会有所上调，下周可谨慎看高一线。【硅铁】本周硅铁市场震荡运行，市场报价跟随期货盘面波动，周初盘面价格上调，厂家报价跟随上涨，市场报价陆续上涨至10500元/吨上下合格块出厂，75硅铁自然块上调至11500元/吨上下，下半周期货盘面稳定回调，现货价格也逐渐稳定，72硅铁合格块成交价格稳定在10300元/吨上下，75硅铁价格相对坚挺，成交已经到12000元/吨，下游需求相对良好，价格稳健，综合来看，下周开始钢厂将要入场采购，现货价格预计以稳定为主，等待钢厂招标落地。【钒】综合来看，各地管控等政策对物流运输存在不同程度的影响，整体需求释放同步受限，钢厂采购压价情绪较浓，企业端承压运行，但目前市场低价资源采买也难度尚在，部分钒氮合金企业已采取停产保温和相应的减产措施，供应端压力或将得到一定缓解，加之大厂加固成本底线，以及市场对疫情后钢厂复产的预期，钒市仍有一定支撑。月末临近，新一轮钢招陆续启动，市场活跃度也将随之回转，本轮钢招价格也将会影响钒市5月整体走向，还需密切关注招标动向。</p>
