日，中国北京讯 - 全球<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/i/semiconduc/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">半导体</a>解决方案供应商瑞萨电子(TSE：6723)今日宣布，推出瑞萨面向工业应用打造的最高性能微处理器(MPU)--RZ/T2H，凭借其强大的应用处理能力和实时性能不仅能够实现对多达9轴<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/robot/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">工业机器人</a><a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/motor/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">电机</a>的高速、高精度控制，而且还在单<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/product/list798.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">芯片</a>上支持包括工业以太网在内的各种网络通信。这款MPU主要面向可编程逻辑控制器(<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/plc/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">PLC</a>)、<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/step/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">运动控制</a>器、分布式控制系统(DCS)和计算机数控(CNC)等工业控制器设备。</p><p>　　随着无人化生产需求的日益增长，垂直多关节机器人等工业机器人和工业控制器设备正被广泛部署，以加速自动化生产进程，瑞萨RZ/T2H MPU可融合开发这些应用所需的所有功能和性能。传统工业系统需要多个MPU或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)组合来控制这些应用，而RZ/T2H MPU现在仅需单个芯片即可满足所有要求，从而减少组件数量，并节省FPGA程序开发的时间及成本。</p><p>　　Daryl Khoo, Vice President of Embedded Processing 1st Business Division at rel="nofollow">工业电机</a>控制和Linux应用需求。其中，RZ/T2H能够在单片上实现9轴电机控制，这一卓越性能给我们的客户留下了深刻印象!”</p><p>　　单芯片方案实现高性能应用处理与快速实时控制</p><p>　　RZ/T2H配备四个Arm® Cortex®-A55应用CPU，最高工作频率为1.2GHz，对于外部存储器，其支持32位LPDDR4-3200 SDRAM。两个最高工作频率为1GHz的Cortex-R52 CPU负责实时处理，每个内核配备总计576KB的高容量紧耦合存储器(TCM)。这使得在单芯片上执行Linux应用程序、机器人轨迹生成和PLC序列处理等CPU和内存密集型任务成为可能。同时，RZ/T2H还能担负电机控制和工业以太网协议处理等快速且精确的实时控制任务。</p><p>　　多达9轴的电机控制可降低元件成本并缩短开发时间</p><p>　　瑞萨RZ/T2H能够以高速且精确的操作控制工业机器人中的多达9个<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/product/list26.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><a href="https://www.chuandong.com/product/list26.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">伺服电机</a></a>，其配备实现多达9轴电机控制所需的必要功能，包括三相PWM定时器、用于测量电流值的Δ-Σ接口，以及<a href="https://www.chuandong.com/p/coding/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">编码器</a>接口(支持A-format™、EnDat、BiSS®、Hyperface DSL和FA-CODER)。此外，电机控制的外设功能被置于Cortex-R52实时CPU内核的低延迟外设端口(LLPP)总线上，从而实现CPU的高速访问。</p><p>　　灵活支持包括工业以太网在内的网络通信</p><p>　　RZ/T2H配备四个以太网端口、三个千兆以太网MAC(GMAC)，以及一个以太网交换机。它还支持EtherCAT、PROFINET、EtherNet/IP、OPC UA以及下一代时间敏感网络(TSN)标准。这些以太网交换机和GMAC组合使得该款MPU能够支持多个工业以太网控制器及设备，从而灵活适应广泛的控制器需求，如上层以太网通信。</p><p>　　为工业机器人和控制器提供专用板卡与软件</p><p>　　与所有瑞萨MPU一样，RZ/T2H提供瑞萨灵活配置软件包(FSP)，以及提供长期支持的Linux软件包。开箱即用的多轴电机控制评估解决方案包括用于驱动9轴电机的逆变器板、多轴电机控制软件包和运动实用工具(一款电机控制软件工具)。同时，还包括用于工业以太网的协议样本和软件PLC软件包，以启动系统开发。</p><p>　　Micael IGBT驱动光电耦合器和RV1S9353A光隔离Δ-Σ调制器相结合，构建一系列丰富的“成功产品组合”。这些“成功产品组合”基于相互兼容且可无缝协作的器件，具备经技术验证的系统架构，带来优化的低风险设计，以加快产品上市速度。瑞萨现已基于其产品阵容中的各类产品，推出超过400款“成功产品组合”。</p><p>　　供货信息</p><p>　　RZ/T2H现已上市，瑞萨计划于2025年第一季度发布新型RZ/N2H产品。该产品在更小的封装中提供与RZ/T2H相同的性能，是PLC和运动控制器等工业控制器设备的理想之选。</p><p>　　RZ/T2H基于根据产品长期供货计划(PLP)进行管理，适用于需要较长生命周期的工业设备。</p><p><br></p>
