مردوں اور خواتین میں مختلف مشروبات پینے سے مرتب ہونے والے اثرات کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔</p> <p>نتائج سے معلوم ہوا کہ کوڈ ڈرنکس اور پھلوں کے میٹھے مشروبات تو گردوں کے امراض کی اہم وجوہات میں سے ایک ہیں اور ایسے افراد کو 61 فیصد زیادہ خطرہ لاحق ہوتا ہے۔</p> <p>مگر محققین یہ جان کر حیران رہ گئے کہ چائے زیادہ پینا بھی گردوں کے امراض کا شکار بناسکتا ہے۔</p> <p>محققین کے مطابق ان مشروبات میں موجود چینی موٹاپے، ہائی بلڈ پریشر انسولین کی مزاحمت جیسے مسائل کا خطرہ وقت کے ساتھ بڑھاتی ہے اور بتدریج گردوں پر دباﺅ بڑھنے لگتا ہے جس سے یہ عضو اپنے افعال سے محروم ہونے لگتا ہے۔</p> <p><strong>یہ بھی پڑھیں : <a گریز کسی بھی فرد کے لیے مختلف امراض جیسے موٹاپے، فشار خون، ذیابیطس اور خون کی شریانوں سے جڑے امراض کا شکار ہونے سے بچانے میں مددگار ثابت ہوسکتا ہے۔</p> <p>اس سے پہلے مختلف طبی تحقیقی رپورٹس میں یہ بات سامنے آچکی ہے کہ غذا کے ذریعے جسم میں داخل ہونے والے نمک کے 95 فیصد حصے کو گردے میٹابولز کرتے ہیں، تو اگر نمکین اشیاءکو زیادہ کھائیں گے تو گردوں کو اضافی نمکیات کے اخراج کے لیے سخت محنت کرنا پڑے گی،
