If you would like clarification or have concerns about the contents of a particular practice note, you should discuss them with your solicitor. If you are a solicitor and have an enquiry about a Practice Note, you should contact the relevant committee.</p> <h3>Lodging court documents</h3> <h4>I am representing myself in a case and wish to lodge Court documents. Can I send them to the Law Society?</h4> <p>No, court papers should never be sent to the Law Society for lodging. Sending them to the Law Society has no legal effect whatsoever.
