Wir werden uns bemühen, die Themen regelmäßig zu aktualisieren.</p> <p>Diese Initiative ist Teil der <a class="external-link" href="https://edps.europa.eu/node/334" rel="nofollow">Strategie 2015-2019 des EDSB</a>:</p> <ul> <li>Entwicklung einer webbasierten Datenbank für Informationen über den Datenschutz als Ressource für unsere Interessengruppen;</li> <li>Fortführung der Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für die Organe der EU über die bestmögliche Einhaltung der Datenschutzvorschriften in der Praxis;</li> <li>Unterstützung der Organe der EU, über einen rein auf Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Aufgaben basierenden Ansatz hinaus ein Konzept zu entwickeln, das auf Rechenschaftspflicht beruht.</li> </ul> <p>Um die EU-Organe und Einrichtungen bei der Erfüllung ihrer rechtlichen Datenschutzpflichten zu unterstützen, geben wir regelmäßig Leitliniendokumente heraus (thematische Leitlinien, Papiere, Stellungnahmen, Beratung, Entscheidungen). Zwar sind diese Dokumente in erster Linie an die EU-Organe und -Einrichtungen gerichtet, doch sind sie für alle, die sich für Fragen des Datenschutzes interessieren, hilfreich. Die auf die EU-Organe und -Einrichtungen anwendbare Datenschutzverordnung (<a class="external-link" href="https://edps.europa.eu/taxonomy/term/133" rel="nofollow">Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2018/1725</a>) ist in vielerlei Hinsicht der <a class="external-link" href="https://edps.europa.eu/general-data-protection-regulation_en" rel="nofollow">Datenschutz-Grundverordnung</a> ähnlich, <span
