These integrations can either be in the form of a calendar, contacts, e-mails, and etc... It's a fantastic CRM system and for planning/scheduling things. The API isn't open for public use. When it comes to organizing campaigns and projects, it works well in your favor. It accommodates up to 5 users making it ideal for small and medium projects. You can manage the users where each can design their workspaces and report the progress of the project to other teams for ease of coordination.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The learning curve is an issue. The software has many features and getting to know how each works takes time.
