' As someone accustomed to kicking off the day with just a coffee and a cigarette, this routine initially had quite the appeal.</p><p>Enjoying a banana and tangerine at 7am, I pondered, "Is this hell on Earth? " Turns out, it was merely fruit—I skipped the 'breakfast cake' anticipating plenty of indulgence ahead.
