your interest in joining COPE as聽Communications and Administrative Assistant.</p> <h2>Job details</h2> <p>Location: home-based in the UK.</p> <p>Full/part time: working hours of between 25 and 35 hours.聽Working hours are flexible but ideally most of your working day will be between the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm.</p> <p>Salary: 拢21,000 per annum (pro rata if hours worked are less than 35 hours per week) plus benefits, including 25 days' holiday and company pension scheme (after successful completion of a three month聽probationary period).聽</p> <p>Starting date: immediate.</p> <h3>The role</h3> <p>The role of Communications and Administrative Assistant is a聽varied and challenging position. You will be responsible for聽supporting the Executive Officer, Operations Manager, Engagement and Outreach Officer, and the wider <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20220526102529/https://publicationethics.org/about/council">Council</a> and <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20220526102529/https://publicationethics.org/cope-team">COPE team</a>聽with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to facilitate the smooth running of COPE.</p> <ol><li>Be the first point of contact for COPE, dealing with queries from members.</li> <li>Provide support to the Executive Officer, Operations Manager, Engagement and Outreach Officer, and the wider Council, managing and assisting in the organisation鈥檚 administrative activities.</li> </ol><h3>The person</h3> <p>The ideal applicant will have exemplary administration skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise your workload.
