PoSEI 2022 brought together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Power systems and Energy Internet in a common forum, promoting research and developmental activities in these fields.</p><p>In the conference, we were greatly honored to have both Prof. Rongbang An from Jinan University, China and Prof. Hzalie Bin Mokhlis from University of Malaya, Malaysia to serve as our Conference General Chairmen. 90 individuals around the world took part in the conference. Divided into three parts, the conference agenda included keynote speeches, oral presentations and online Q&A discussion. Firstly, the keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to address their speeches. Then in the next part, oral presentations, the excellent papers we had selected were presented by their authors one by one.</p><p>Five distinguished professors were invited to hold keynote speeches during the conference. Among them, Prof. Min Wang from Hohai University, China performed a thought-provoking speech on the Correlation Analysis and Its Typical Application in Power System. The concept of correlation, classification, characteristics and its typical application in power system were studied in this research. Especially, some typical applications of correlation analysis in the field of power system research were discussed, including multiscale dynamic correlation analysis of Wind-PV power station output based on TDIC, research on microgrid two-way auction mechanism based on fixed effect Spatial Lagged Model, and risk assessment of distribution network equipment based on the Marcos method. Moreover, Prof. Hzalie Bin Mokhlis from University of Malaya, Malaysia made a report on: The Role of Nature Inspired Optimization in Power System Research. The presentation discussed the application of nature-inspired optimization techniques in recent power system research, covering the current challenges to power systems. And some examples of research work on the use of nature-inspired optimizations were also presented. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion. The result shows that the first shed of the insulator accounts for 18% of the voltage drop. After that, the voltage of each umbrella skirt decreased gradually, and the proportion of voltage drop of the last two umbrella skirts increased again. The electric field of the insulator tip burr is 1.16 <b>×</b> 10<sup>6</sup> V/m; spherical burr is 2.84 <b>×</b> 10<sup>5</sup> V/m. The simulation result shows that the maximum electric field of spherical air gap defect in an insulator is 1.38 <b>×</b> 10<sup>5</sup> V/m; conical air gap defect is 1.61 <b>×</b> 10<sup>5</sup> V/m <b>;</b> metal particle defect is 1.49 <b>×</b> 10<sup>5</sup> V/m. The simulated insulator umbrella skirt is covered with water. When the whole insulator umbrella skirt is short-circuited, there may be ground discharge. This paper proposes a zonal balanced market clearing method in hybrid direct current/alternating current (AC/DC) systems considering inter-area electricity exchange. In each area, the independent operator carries out the intra-area market clearing. The operator of high voltage alternating current (HVAC) and high voltage direct current (HVDC) power transmission channels is responsible for safe system operation and the quotation for each area. According to the results of the areas' market clearing and the transmission lines' optimal power allocation, the operator updates the quotation until reaching the convergence conditions. Rural power infrastructure, however, remains inadequate and the rural power grid is relatively weak, which further exacerbates the contradiction between rural energy supply and demand. To solve these problems and achieve sustainable development, renewable energy sources should be utilized for energy supply in rural areas to reduce the demand for power from rural grids. Using this idea, this paper proposes an optimization method for an integrated energy system for rural areas that includes renewable energy sources. Firstly, a model of the output of equipment such as wind and solar biogas, as well as the model of energy storage equipment, is constructed. A portion of flexible load is considered when estimating energy consumption on the demand side. A day-ahead optimization model for rural energy systems is designed to minimize costs, which allows different energy sources to play complementary roles under the constraints of power balance, output limits, etc. The approach proposed in this paper may provide a comprehensive solution for optimizing the operation of an integrated rural energy system by improving its energy efficiency and maximizing its use of renewable energy resources. The ADP method is applied to solve the optimal self-dispatch problem of hydro-power companies under uncertain conditions. Firstly, according to the characteristics of hydropower generation technology and self-dispatching, the operation model of hydropower is given. Then, according to the organization and trading behavior of the forward contract market and day-ahead market, a medium and long-term contract quantity decision framework based on stochastic programming is given. Based on the stochastic programming decision framework, the ADP method is used to solve the generation and water decisions in each stage, and the distribution strategy of the electricity quantity of forward transactions and day-trading electricity quantity is obtained. The evaluation model is built based on massive monitoring data and IES operation data, which generates multi-source feature evaluation labels from the dimensions like the environment, performance, economy, and society, integrates various IES technology promotion and application information, and creates a complete and multi-dimensional IES technology portrait. According to expert scoring and screening of important information characteristics of IES raw data, the labels are weighted by combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weighting, and the weight is refined to form an outline of an accurate depiction of the IES technical portrait. Finally, a national-level IES demonstration park in Shanghai, China is selected as an example for evaluation and verification. The results prove the applicability of the model proposed in this paper in real-world projects. The finite volume method was used to optimize the number of internal partitions, the height of the partitions, and the position of the partitions in the hot water storage water tank. The influence of temperature stratified water tank with optimized structure and fully mixed water tank on the central heating system is also analyzed. The results show that the temperature stratified water tank is more energy efficient in heating than the fully mixed water tank. Aiming at the trajectory tracking problem of its position and attitude output, a trajectory tracking control method based on double closed-loop PD control is adopted to design. The trajectory tracking system of VTOL aircraft is decomposed into a track tracking subsystem and a roll tracking subsystem. At the same time, a double closed-loop PD control structure based on position outer loop and attitude inner loop is constructed, and a PD controller based on feedforward compensation is designed. The pole assignment method is used to set and select PD parameters. The stability of the double closed-loop system is ensured by the engineering method of making the reaction speed of the inner loop greater than that of the outer loop. Then, MATLAB software is used to simulate whether the control system can track the given trajectory. In this regard, we establish a new evaluation system for the utilization of new energy in rural areas considering the shortcomings listed above. A control item evaluation is established first according to the actual situation in rural areas and the relevant national standards. Once the item meets the standards, a general item evaluation will be conducted. In the general item evaluation, the subjective and objective weights are calculated using analytic hierarchy processes and entropy weighting methods, and the combined weight is determined through calculation. Then, each evaluation scheme is classified according to the matter-element extension analysis method. To obtain a better scheme, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used when the evaluation level is the same. Predicting the wind power interval can avoid effectively the randomness and volatility of the integration, and protect the security and stability of the power grid. Considering the non-stationary characteristics of wind power, this paper proposes a new wind power rolling interval prediction method based on VMD-PSR-LSTM-QR. First, wind power is decomposed into several subsequences by variational mode decomposition (VMD). Second, phase space reconstruction (PSR) maps the subsequences to a high-dimensional space and constructs them. Then, long short-term memory (LSTM) networks are used for training different subsequences, and quantile regression (QR) parameters are determined. Finally, the predicted results of each subsequence are reconstructed. Therefore, a network security situational awareness system for text classification is designed. The hardware part selects the sensor main control chip and connects the circuit power supply to ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole system. In the software part, the data packet information is collected and processed to remove the data noise, and the information extraction technology is used to construct the classification model of this paper. The network abnormal behavior is identified according to the host log, the data characteristics of security behavior are extracted, and the system module evaluation function is set according to the extraction results. Due to unstable communications, system defects, equipment failures, and human factors, data center problems such as missing data and abnormal data collection in the process of power grid deployment and deployment are becoming more and more prominent. To improve the quality and availability of abnormal data in transmission networks, this paper proposes a deep learning-based method for identifying abnormal data of multiple nodes in distribution networks. The dual-channel deep CNN network is used to extract the time series power data features, and the abnormal data is corrected by redistributing the power loss of the transmission line by using the balance calculation relationship. Experiments show that the model proposed in this paper improves the detection rate of abnormal data identification and reduces the false alarm rate compared with traditional machine learning and statistical analysis detection methods. And scientific and effective evaluation of its technology popularization and application is an important premise to promote its development. Aiming at the characteristics of VPP technology involving a wide range, of many types of resources, and complex evaluation indicators, this paper introduces a subjective and objective weighting method combining the AHP-entropy weighting method to make up for the shortcomings of a single weighting method. First, combined with the current "dual carbon" strategy and the development of the new situation of "re-electrification", and comprehensively considering the four aspects of VPP economic benefits, environmental benefits, social benefits, and technology promotion, a comprehensive evaluation index system for VPP technology promotion benefits was constructed. The evaluation method is difficult to meet the considerable evaluation needs. A method combining the subjective and objective methods of the AHP-entropy weight method is established to solve the weight of each index and to realize the scientific evaluation and reasonable quantification of each index. As a solution to these problems, an adaptive control system of wind speed on the fume hood based on the Kalman filter is designed. The improved Kalman filter is used to reduce the influence of turbulence and gas viscosity on the measurement of cover wind speed, and improve the measurement accuracy. The adaptive PID control algorithm is used to adjust the air valve to improve the control accuracy of cover wind speed. The research on the side-channel attack (SCA) can be conducive to improving the security design technology of trusted platform modules. The side channel attack on the trusted platform module is studied from the initial differential power analysis (DPA) to the machine learning method. This paper introduces the deep learning techniques in SCA and proposes a new SCA technique based on deep learning. Firstly, on basis of the characteristics of SCA on TPM, we improve the convolutional neural network (CNN) models, including ResNet, VGG, and Google Net. Then, for the SM4 cipher implemented with and without countermeasures, we implement some attack experiments by exploiting the SCA based on various deep learning models and compare the experimental results with the DPA attack. The experiment results show that under the same circumstance, the SCA based on the deep learning method is more effective. There are limitations in these technologies because of the correlation between entity attack detection and attack capital information. To resolve the problem of poor detection performance of existing network attack link detection methods, this paper proposes a network attack link detection method based on the knowledge graph. Specifically, the link knowledge graph is constructed, the embedded calculation of the knowledge graph of the link attack node is established, a knowledge graph audit model of link attack security detection is constructed, and the detection rules of the link attack knowledge graph are established to identify the association between the link network attack entity and the attack asset attribute, and improve the identification and detection of the attack source by associating the knowledge graph. Therefore, early fault detection of distribution grid is very important for ensuring the safe operation of the system. The existing fault diagnosis approaches based on the physical mechanism model have great limitations. This paper presents an early fault detection approach based on large-dimensional matrix ring law. We first construct a spatio-temporal data matrix by using the data from the spatial multi-node of the distribution network. The moving data window method and the ring law are used to track the data behavior, and the mean spectral radius is used to characterize the data behavior.
