width="340" align="right" border="0"/> يسلط فيلم قواعد العمل المعتادة لإرول موريس الضوء على انتهاكات ابو غريب بمقاربات تستفيد من التكنولوجيا الرقمية وتقدم صورة وثائقية جديدة عبر استخدام كاميرا خاصة ومؤثرات صوتية وسينمائية مدروسة. <br/>ومنذ ان ظهرت في الاعلام العالمي للمرة الاولى في 2004، اصبحت الصور الرقمية للانتهاكات المرتكبة بحق السجناء العراقيين في ابو غريب على يد الجنود الاميركيين أكثر الصور مشاهدة في تاريخ الاعلام، حسب موريس. <br/>وشكلت الصور صدمة أخرى من ناحية التركيبة المسرحية عند انجازها بكاميرا رقمية عكست مشاعر الالم والاستغاثة والاذلال عند المعتقلين العراقيين، الامر الذي شكل احدى مهام موريس في انتاج هذا الفيلم الوثائقي لتقديم الطبيعة الاشكالية لهذه الصور ليس عبر ما تكشفه فقط بل عبر ما تغطيه ايضا. <br/>وعندما رأى موريس صور الجندية الاميركية العابسة ليندي انغلاند وهي تقود سجينا بحبل للكلاب اواللقطة سيئة السمعة التي تصور معتقلا مقنعا عرف فقط باسم “جيليان” واقفا على صندوق والاسلاك الكهربائية مربوطة باصابع يديه، عرف انها ربما ظهرت لتكشف ممارسات التعذيب المنتشرة، لكنها ايضا تحجب انتهاكات مريعة أكثر حصلت في العراق. بعبارة أخرى: بينما تستحق الصورة الف كلمة، فهي تخبرنا فقط بنصف القصة. <br/>ولوضع النقاط على الحروف، يستخدم موريس كاميرا بتقنية خاصة (تسمح لشخوص فيلمه بالنظر الى صورة فيديوية له بينما يتحدثون من خلال كاميرته) وذلك لمقابلة خمسة من سبعة “تفاحات فاسدة” لامهم البنتاغون ثم دانهم بارتكات تلك الخروقات (الاثنان الاخران بمن فيهم رئيس العصابة المفترض، لا يزالان في السجن). <br/>ولمساعدتنا على الاندماج في الفيلم، عمد موريس الى صياغة بناء ملحمي يتضمن هجمات بطائرات الهليكوبتر والمورتر. <br/>وما جاء به فيلم موريس يمثل بقعة قاتمة عن مجموعة من الجنود الشبان الساذجين الذين تم افسادهم بسهولة عبر “حيونة” الحرب من جهة، والطبيعة الغامضة لتوجيهات ادارة بوش المتعلقة بـ”الحرب على الارهاب” من جهة أخرى. <br/>والفيلم يصور ايضا كيف ينظر الجنود الى انفسهم في خضم هذه الفضيحة. وأحد اكثر الاشياء المزعجة في قواعد العمل المعتادة هو ظهور الجنود بلا شعور بالندم على ما اقترفوه. غير انهم يحاولون التملص من اللوم من خلال الحديث عن الأجواء الحماسية للحرب والضغوط للصمود تحت هجمات المورتر وصعوبة استخلاص نتائج التحقيق مع المعتقلين في النهاية، يشكل الامر ذرائع حسب قاعدة دفاع نورمبرغ: كانوا يتبعون الاوامر فقط. <br/>من صاحب الاوامر؟ هذا هو السؤال الذي لم يستطع موريس الامساك باجابته من خلال الغوص في المناقشات القانونية واللغوية المتعلقة بوصف التعذيب. <br/>وكان واضحا، على سبيل المثال ان هذه المناقشات جاءت من فلسفة التراتبية في القيادة. <br/>وأكثر اللقطات التي تقشعر لها الابدان تظهر عندما يُبرز برنت باك (الخبير المعين رسميا لترجمة مكونات الصورة) السبب في اعتبار صورة المعتقل العراقي المربوط باسلاك كهربائية في اصابعه على انها مثال على قواعد العمل المعتادة وليست تعذيبا. <br/>لكن “قواعد العمل المعتادة” يقدم مجموعة من الملامح العميقة –المفيدة والغريبة في آن معا داخل هذه الصور. ورغم ان بعضها يصعب قبوله، شددت سابرينا هارمان على انها التقطت الصور لعرض الخروقات، شارحة سبب قيامها برفع ابهامها
