He holds a bachelor's degree in secondary education with a specialization in English (dean’s list) from Saint Louis University, a license in teaching in the Philippines, an international license in teaching English awarded by the American Licensing Authority for International English Teaching, a diploma and a master certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and a certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. He obtained his Master of Arts in English as a Second Language (Magna Cum Laude) and his Doctor of Philosophy in Language Education (Magna Cum Laude), both of which from University of the Cordilleras. He has recently completed his second doctorate degree in Development Education from Central Luzon State University. This time, he is taking his second master’s degree in Development Communication from Benguet State University. He is a Research Fellow at Shinawatra University, Thailand, has published research articles in refereed internationally indexed journals and Scopus indexed journals available on Google Scholar, has presented in regional, national, and international research conferences, and is currently working on research articles with fellow educators towards publication.
