presenting a commemorative cap and medal to male players who have made 100 or more appearances for their national teams, and on 22 October the first such awards to females were made.</p><p>On that day nine Denmark players past and present received their cap and medal at their UEFA Women's EURO 2017 qualifier with Moldova, including Katrine Pedersen, one of only three Europeans to pass 200 caps along with Germany's Brigit Prinz and Sweden's Therese Sjögran.</p><p>Lyudmyla Pekur of Ukraine was similarly recognised as her side played Romania, and the following night Scotland made presentations
