<p>以消费者洞察为核心和原点，宝洁形成了市场研究、产品研发、供应链转化的内外部生态，探索如何进行将消费洞察转化为现实生产力的供应链技术创新。</p> <p>宝洁旗下高端男士理容品牌博朗结合中国消费者的胡须特性，在产品制造中创新采用仅58微米厚的镍合金刀网，配备用于直升机表面的氮化钛涂层，结合Auto-Sense自动感应系统，实现通过感应胡须密度来自动调节马达转速，使中国消费者的剃须过程始终顺滑、舒适，用供应链能力实现全球产品的本土化再升级。</p> <p>帮宝适奢宠黑金帮是另一个源自中国消费者洞察的产品，产品设计中添加真蚕丝，加入8000多个叶脉导流微孔，使其保持干爽长达12小时。在研发出专有的表层材料配方后，公司与国内设备制造方进行联合创新，开发出系统的模块化设计模组，最终将复杂的生产工艺分解重构，实现规模化生产。</p> <p>针对中国消费者在出行时希望能够便捷护发的需求，宝洁在中国全球首发了第一款次抛型发膜——潘婷深水炮弹发膜，推出后迅速成为电商销量第一的发膜产品。在产品升级迭代的过程中，宝洁在关注到消费者在使用时塑料发膜内托可能产生刮手的不适，且消费者对包装环保有更高的期待后，与包装材料供应商联合立项，研发出纸塑内托。这一创新在提升消费者体验的同时，搭建起全新的PIR回收供应链，将发膜泡罩的余料用于其他包装再生产，每年节省约150吨塑料的使用。该项目也成为了日用消费品行业第一个获得SGS-ECCS (含再生回收材质）认证的产品包装创新项目。</p> <p>二、应用场景为依托的供应链协同技术创新</p> <p>5G、数字孪生、边缘计算等供应链自动化、数字化技术创新，需要与应用场景的进行紧密结合。外部供应链生态系统与宝洁运营场景的深度结合，以业务需求不断激发技术创新，正在为中国乃至全球消费品行业提供更多的解决方案。</p> <p>在自动化领域，复杂场景下的无人搬运和多种设备全局优化是一个行业难题。宝洁与国内领先的技术伙伴携手合作，基于多类型物料同步移动、多种自动化设备协同作业这一应用场景，进行科学建模，设计安全标准和技术规范，开发优化算法。该方案在中国六个工厂和物流中心成功实施，投入超过100台自动导引搬运车。在提升中国供应链运营效率的同时，该解决方案也成为了宝洁全球的标准方案之一。目前基于该标准的自动化搬运解决方案已通过宝洁合作方开始服务宝洁亚洲、欧洲、拉美等地供应链，实现多方共赢。</p> <p>在智能化领域，宝洁依托长期投入所建立的数字化的基础设施，积极拥抱生成式人工智能的技术突破，在供应链各领域均涌现出创造性的应用。今年9月，宝洁中国第一个基于大语言模型和内部知识库、数据库打造的生成式人工智能产品"Ask Order"成功面世。它旨在精确、全面、高效地处理回复每天1000多次的客户订单查询，通过自然语言的识别与处理，查询和分析企业海量的内部标准和实时动态的内部数据，以自然语言和可视化图表等方式输出查询结果。该技术实现了7X24小时全天候服务，减少了76%的重复沟通，信息准确率高达95%以上，提升超过60%的信息查询效率，位居行业领先水平。</p> <p>今年，宝洁还在旗下的天津智能化领航工厂率先探索了人与"数字员工"的智能协作，"聘请"三名"数字员工"：Ada是第一个数字员工，专注于跨系统间的数据链接和基于规则的重复性数据处理；Alan是人工智能分析助手，集成机器学习模型与优化算法，实时处理生产线上的质量控制数据，精准预测并调控生产过程，确保每一件产品都达到消费者预期的高质量标准；Altman是生成式人工智能"班长助手"，不仅分析每日生产需求并生成任务，优化班内资源分配，还作为"知识库管家"，连接生产工艺知识库，为基层团队提供标准操作和异常状况排除的指导。</p> <p>宝洁的电商业务占公司总业务份额的半数以上，消费者收到的宝洁产品的包裹每年约2亿件，来自不同的电商销售平台。为加快消费者收到包裹的速度，提升整个链路的物流效率，宝洁与电商合作伙伴一起设计履约网络和端到端的履约链路，从最初20个直送仓扩展到110个。通过数据共享、联合预测、协同补货，双方均实现了物流速度、库存效率的显著提升。</p> <p>为满足电商大型促销期对供应链的要求，宝洁与行业合作伙伴在数据互通基础上，建立了工厂直发消费者的供应链模式，不仅将整个分发配送的节点从4至8个减少到1至3个，让大促期间的运作资源更加均衡，更为消费者带来了迅捷的履约速度。针对电商包装材料耗损高、全链路拆包、改包、重包等运作繁琐易造成重复投入的难题，宝洁与电商平台合作推出大绿宝、小绿宝、空气胶囊等创新的可循环及环境友好型包装设计，不仅大幅减少了包装材料投入和耗损，也给消费者带来了更好的体验。</p> <p>在服务线下消费者的供应链领域，宝洁进一步将跨企业的资源共享与全局决策优化推向新高度。以仓库、库存资源为例，宝洁与国际、国内知名的大型零售合作伙伴、分销合作伙伴展开了一体仓、一盘货的合作探索。这一模式，通过将产品库存前置到零售商的物流中心，提升了零售商的资源利用率以降低供应链成本，加速响应消费终端的需求变化，货架现货率、新品上市速度、链路补货效率等都得到了优化。公司还与分销商伙伴通过一体化运作，动态调整仓储资源分配，有效降低了整体库存水平和物流成本。而这一切的最终目的，都是为了消费者购物体验的总体提升。</p> <p>宝洁与广东一家重要的包装材料供应商已经合作33年。该公司从1991年为宝洁印刷海飞丝海报开始，逐步拓展到为宝洁各品类提供彩盒、彩箱、促销包装、展架材料等服务，伴随了宝洁为中国消费者所推行的产品升级的步伐。多年的共同成长，使该公司从小型校办企业，发展成为国内包装行业的龙头上市公司，其自身供应商生态链也从数十家扩展到500家以上，培育出可带动整个行业发展的智能供应链。</p>
