The<br /> post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-northwest near 13<br /> mph (20 km/h). This system will slow and stall during the next 12 <br /> to 18 hours, then drift northward until dissipation in several days.<br /> <br /> Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts.<br /> Little change in strength of the post-tropical low is forecast <br /> during the next 48 hours. <br /> <br /> Gale-force winds extend outward up to 230 miles (370 km) from the <br /> center of the post-tropical low.<br /> <br /> The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).<br /> <br /> <br /> HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND<br /> ----------------------<br /> WIND: Strong winds may affect Kure Atoll and Midway Atoll through<br /> Monday night.<br /> <br /> RAINFALL: Storm total rainfall of 2 to 4 inches is possible over<br /> Midway and Kure Atolls.<br /> <br /> <br /> NEXT ADVISORY<br /> -------------<br /> This is the last public advisory issued by the Central Pacific<br /> Hurricane Center on this system unless re-entry as a tropical <br /> cyclone occurs.
