12px;">华为常务董事、ICT基础设施业务管理委员会主任汪涛作开场致辞</span></p><p>华为常务董事、ICT基础设施业务管理委员会主任汪涛在致辞中表示：“数智化革命正在重新定义生产、分配、交换和消费等经济活动的全流程，推动数字经济成为全球经济增长的主引擎，而ICT基础设施已成为数字经济发展的坚实基础。华为将继续推动联接、云计算、人工智能等关键技术的创新发展，与产业界通力合作，共同抓住机遇，携手共赢更加繁荣的数字经济新时代。”</p><p>联合国大学校长、联合国副秘书长马尔瓦拉（Tshilidzi Marwala）博士发表视频演讲，他谈到：“我们正处于由先进技术推动的数字时代变革中，5G、云计算、人工智能等技术已经融入生活，正在重塑行业。联合国主张所有利益相关者拥抱变化，面对现实挑战，呼吁团结学术界专家、企业创新组织、远见卓识决策者及全社会参与，建设可持续的未来。”</p><p></p><p style="text-align: center;"><img Marketing总裁周军整体介绍了华为探索智能世界新成果，发布新版《智能世界2030》和《迈向智能世界》系列报告。</p><p>《智能世界2030》阐述了ICT产业未来愿景，包含未来场景、产业空间和技术特征；《迈向智能世界》提供了ICT产业发展创新路径，全球数字化指数GDI衡量ICT产业发展成熟度对经济的影响。</p><p>周军表示：“数字经济时代数据成为影响数字经济发展的关键要素。数字基础设施将持续创新来应对数据供需矛盾，泛在联接是数字经济发展的大动脉，数字底座是加速器，绿色能源是新动能。期望探索智能世界系列报告能为各国提供量化参考和决策建议，助力全球数字经济繁荣发展。”</p><p>论坛上，埃及国家战略中央监测和评价部主任、国家战略研究所科学委员会主任、埃及内阁赫巴·哈姆扎博士介绍了数字创新如何驱动数字经济发展；全球云网宽带产业协会（WBBA）总干事马丁·克雷纳（Martin
