王家大院有“华夏第一宅”之称。这里所说的王家大院是指王家分布于灵石县的众多房产中最有特色的两座——高家崖和红门堡，整个建筑面积达3万多平方米。高家崖是一座封闭式的城堡式建筑，堪称建筑艺术的<a href="http://leshan.cncn.com/jingdian/bowuguan/"
