left;">范顺科先生作题为《坚定信心全力推动我国铝工业高质量发展》的主题报告，全面介绍了我国铝产业链运行特点、分析了我国铝产业面临的压力和对表达了对铝市充满信心。</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><img style="width: 600px; height: 399.533px;" <p>范顺科在报告中首先介绍了我国铝产业链运行特点：<strong>一是</strong><strong>铝产业链完整，竞争力强</strong><strong>。</strong>中国氧化铝单线最大产能已由2001年20万吨/年提升至目前的160万吨/年（全球最大），生产消耗显著降低；600kA铝电解槽技术达到国际领先水平，工业运行全球唯一；铝加工装备水平国际领先，后发优势明显；国产装备制造能力显著增强；铝材国际市场份额高，出口至全球200多个国家和地区；挤压材和部分铝板带箔材竞争力领跑全球；配套协作完善，劳动力成本相对较低，产业链优势明显。<strong>二是</strong><strong>铝资源对外依存度高</strong><strong>。</strong>2023年，中国进口铝土矿1.4亿吨，同比增长12.7%，已连续五年进口量破亿吨。2024年1-10月，进口铝土矿1.3亿吨，增长11.9%，其中自几内亚进口9193.3万吨，同比增幅10.7%。2023年铝土矿对外依存度61%，今年还将进一步提升。<strong>三是</strong><strong>化<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0202-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铝价</a>格持续上涨，产能持续新增</strong><strong>。</strong>氧化铝现货价格已经突破5000元/吨，行业处于历史高盈利区间，平均利润达2000元/吨以上；目前，国内氧化铝建成产能10435万吨/年（有效产能8800万吨/年），在建项目1240万吨/年，拟建项目1280万吨/年，氧化铝后续供应量充足；协会号召全行业要防范氧化铝价格的不合理上涨给产业带来的不利影响，共同维护行业平稳运行。 <strong>四是解铝严控天花板不放松</strong><strong>。</strong>截至2024年10月底，中国电解铝建成产能4462万吨/年，运行产能4363万吨/年，开工率98%以上，为历史新高；预计2024年中国电解铝产量为4340万吨，同比增加4.2%，增量为供给侧结构性改革以来最高。<strong>五是</strong><strong>铝材及制品消费受“新三样”拉动显著</strong><strong>。</strong>2023年中国光伏型材产量340万吨，增长30.8%；新能源汽车型材98万吨，增长30.7%；电池箔产量36万吨，增长28.6%。预计“新三样”对铝材的需求仍将是消费增量。<strong>六是</strong><strong>绿色化智能化转型升级稳步推进</strong><strong>。</strong>截至2023年底，电解铝运行产能使用绿电比例为24.4%，已基本完成国家对于2025年电解铝使用可再生能源比例达到25%的目标；再生铝产量及保级利用逐年提高；赤泥综合回收技术不断突破；全行业智能化水平稳步推进。<strong>七是</strong><strong>科技创新持续强化</strong><strong>。</strong>铝产业技术装备全球领先；科技成果不断涌现；标准、专利引领行业发展。</p> <p>范顺科随后分析了我国铝产业面临铝土矿资源保供压力大；电解铝碳足迹较大；外贸日趋严峻；消费新动能能否持续等四个方面的主要问题和挑战。</p> <p>范顺科最后指出，虽然面临不少困难和挑战，但我国铝产业仍然大有可为，大有作为，希望大家攻坚克难、守正创新、全力推动铝产业高质量发展：<strong>一要</strong>对标国际一流企业，全面提升综合实力；<strong>二要</strong>强化国内资源保障，加强国际合作，拓展铝土矿供矿来源；<strong>三要</strong>坚持自主创新和发展新质生产力，实现高水平科技自立自强；<strong>四要</strong>坚持推动铝材及制品高水平出口；<strong>五</strong><strong>要</strong>加强风险防控，防范价格波动、贸易壁垒、恶性竞争等带来的风险。</p> <p>国家发展改革委市场与价格所副所长刘建兴先生作题为《全球经济形势与展望》的主题报告。主要介绍了全球经济及主要经济体情况、值得关注的问题及趋势和全球经济未来展望三个方面。</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><img style="width: 600px; height: 396.121px;" left;">刘建兴先生认为当前总态势可概括为：全球延续低增长态势。主要发达经济体通胀总体回落，货币政策进入降息周期，通胀进一步回落势头仍面临多重挑战。国际地缘政治局势不确定性加剧，可能拖累全球贸易和投资增长。总特征可概括为：高通胀、高利率、高债务低增长、低贸易。10月，全球综合PMI产出指数为52.3，环比增加0.4个百分点，位于荣枯线以上。从需求看，全球综合PMI新订单指数为51.6，环比增加0.6个百分点，新出口订单指数为48.9，环比增加0.5个百分点。从生产看，预期产出指数为62.3，环比增加2.5个百分点，从业人员指数为49.8，环比下降0.2个百分点。从价格看，投入品价格指数为56.2，环比下降0.1个百分点，销售价格指数52.0，环比下降0.5个百分点。</p> <p style="text-align: left;">在主要经济体情况介绍中，可概括为美国经济以接近潜在增速水平运行，欧洲经济复苏进程缓慢；日本经济表现相对稳定，印度经济继续强劲增长；巴西经济继续缓慢复苏，南非复苏态势非常疲弱；俄罗斯经济延续短期韧性，东盟六国和韩国整体处于景气区间。发达经济体经济总体呈复苏态势，美国等主要发达经济体进入降息周期，日本加息，新兴经济体货币政策分化。与此同时，经济增长存在不确定性与风险。通货膨胀影响：虽然多国通货膨胀率有所下降，但部分国家通胀仍高于目标水平，通胀下降速度的不均衡以及服务业通胀对整体通胀的影响等，使得货币政策调整面临挑战，进而影响经济增长的稳定性。 · 地缘政治风险：俄乌冲突、巴以冲突等地缘政治冲突不断，可能导致航运中断、油价和通胀上升，扰乱石油和谷物市场，并抑制对邻国的投资，为世界经济蒙上阴影，给全球经济增长带来下行风险。 · 债务问题：全球债务规模庞大，政府、企业、家庭债务总量较高，一些新兴市场国家面临沉重的债务负担，高债务压力抑制了经济增长，并增加了经济的脆弱性。 · 贸易保护主义：保护主义抬头，贸易壁垒增加，2022 年全球各国新增近 3000 项保护主义举措，严重威胁着全球贸易、投资和知识的流动，加剧了经济的不确定性，对以出口为导向的新兴经济体冲击尤甚。</p> <p style="text-align: left;">最后，刘建兴先生对未来趋势进行了研判。他认为，全球经济前景近期正在改善，美国经济增长将略微放缓至潜在水平，但仍将保持坚挺，已上调对2025年的预测。利率下降、财政缓冲、人工智能和能源领域创新提高了生产力，都将有助于经济扩张。在其他地区，预计欧洲的增长势头将在低基数上逐步增强，而中国的增长将受惠于更有力的刺激措施。新兴市场将受益于全球贸易反弹和大宗商品需求坚挺，尽管它们将面对美元强势和偿债成本高企的挑战。各国央行政策从限制性转向中性，全球货币宽松周期正在展开。即使关税引发的风险迫在眉睫，预计美联储（美国央行）将在年底前再一次下调政策利率，并在2025年再下调100个基点，因为通胀已经放缓，劳动力市场的风险已经出现。地缘政治将推动全球经济发生重大变化，产业政策的回归（包括制裁、扩大关税以及向关键产业提供激励）将考验企业提升供应链效率的能力，加剧战略性行业的贸易紧张局势，并导致企业难以在全球市场竞争。这些事态发展将拖累经济增长潜力，甚至导致全球价值链支离破碎。</p> left;">王青山先生介绍到，青阳是长三角一体化发展中心区城市，机场、高铁、铁路、高速、港口应有尽有，县城距离高铁站、高速下口仅2公里，距离九华山机场20公里，武温高铁、宁安城际、沿江高速、318国道横贯东西，京台高速、330国道贯穿南北，童埠港水运直通长江深水港，距离南京、合肥仅2小时车程，距离杭州、南昌仅3小时车程，距离上海、武汉仅4小时车程，乘坐高铁更是缩短近一半时间。合池城际、池宣高速即将开工建设，建成后将进一步缩短与长三角、珠三角等目标市场的时空距离，降低物流成本。冶镁资源丰富，制取金属镁的白云石储量超30亿吨，宝镁项目配套矿山超13亿吨，且品质优、易开采，含镁量高达22%左右，丰富的资源将有力保证镁产业发展矿石原料需求。</p> <p style="text-align: left;">镁和铝很相似，镁合金比强度高，更轻。镁合金的密度是1.74g/cm3，是铝的2/3左右，不到钢的1/4，使用镁合金作为汽车轻量化材料具备明显的轻量化优势。镁合金汽车零部件应用超90种，市场应用量占比高达70%以上，主要有方向盘骨架、仪表盘支架、座椅骨架、三电系统、发动机阀盖、变速箱壳体等。镁合金的潜在市场规模有望提升至目前用量10倍的体量。镁合金单车潜在用量可能会增加至145kg/车，整体汽车轻量化材料潜在市场规模有望达到230万吨/年。</p> left;">徐曼女士首先分享了期货市场发展历程，易规则和机制的4个转变。逐步探索建立中国特色期货和衍生品市场，2001-2023年，我国期货市场成交量、成交金额年复合增长率分别为21.35%、26.89%； 2023年中国期货市场共成交85.01亿手，累计成交金额568.51万亿元，同比分别增长25.60%和6.28%；中国期货市场规模逐步扩张。期货市场的三大功能，分别是价格发现、风险管理和资源配置功能。2023年上半年共有1003家实业A股上市公司发布套期保值公告，同比增长13%；提及外汇套保的有856家，提及利率套保的有378家，提及商品套保的有302家（其中提及<a href='https://youse.m.mysteel.com/tong/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铜</a>103家、铝75家，钢57家。</p> <p style="text-align: left;">再者，徐曼女士介绍了上期所品种概况，2023年，上期所金属期货和期权成交量22亿手，同比增加14.6%；成交额187万亿元，同比增加3.3%。 2023年末，上期所金属期货和期权持仓量981万手。1992年，上海期货交易所的前身上海金属交易所成立，推出铜、铝等7个品种的中远期交易 1993年3月31日和11月26日，铜、铝期货标准合约分别上市交易，标志着有色金属期货的诞生有色金属期货已覆盖主要品种，形成较为完整的产品序列 2023年推出全球首个实物交割的氧化铝期货。2023年，上期所金属期货交割金额1150亿元，约占我国商品期货交割总金额的68%。实物交割是我国金属企业重要的补充采购和销售渠道。</p> <p style="text-align: left;">最后，徐曼女士表示，坚定不移走中国特色金融发展之路是交易建设的目标。中央金融工作会议：加快建设金融强国，全面加强金融监管，推动我国金融高质量发展。同时中国证监会要求：走中国特色金融发展之路，加快建设安全、规范、透明、开放、有活力、有韧性的资本市场！</p> <p style="text-align:
