gebaseerd op het ticket en je verbinding. Je hebt recht op compensatie voor reisketens van verschillende spoorwegmaatschappijen die werden gebruikt met één ticket. Het maakt dus niet uit of je alleen met onze treinen reisde of ook gedeeltelijk met treinen van andere maatschappijen.</p><p>De claim is van toepassing op het treinvervoer dat is inbegrepen in je ticket, d.w.z. de oorzaak en het gevolg van de schade moeten zich hier hebben voorgedaan. Bussen, trams en metro's zijn niet inbegrepen.</p><blockquote><p class="font-size-lead"><strong>In het geval van passagiersrechten is niet de vertraging op het vertrekstation doorslaggevend, maar de vertraging op de plaats van bestemming.</strong></p></blockquote></div></div></section></div><div class="frame frame-default frame-type-container-2col container defaultspace-bottom" id="c765"><header><h3 class="headline">Compensatie voor vertragingen</h3></header><div class="row justify-content-between"><div class="col-12 col-lg-7"><div class="frame frame-default frame-type-text" id="c766"><p>Vanaf 60 minuten vertraging krijg je 25 procent compensatie, vanaf 120 minuten vertraging 50 procent van de betaalde ticketprijs voor de enkele reis. Voor heen- en terugreizen wordt de vergoeding berekend op basis van de helft van de betaalde ritprijs. Tijdskaarten voor lokale en langeafstandsreizen worden <strong>forfaitair gecompenseerd voor elke vertraging van 60 minuten of meer</strong>.</p><p>Als een vertraging van meer dan 60 minuten te verwachten is op het bestemmingsstation van het ticket, kan de passagier de reis voor vertrek annuleren of de reis onderweg beëindigen en terugkeren naar het vertrekstation als de reis volgens de oorspronkelijke reisplannen zinloos is geworden. In dergelijke gevallen kan de passagier een volledige terugbetaling van de ticketprijs krijgen.
