If you wish, you may choose to prepay the Annual Service Fee for up to five years. Payment can be made by check, credit card, wire transfer, or (in some cases) PayPal. </p> <p>Before making a payment, <b>both new users who are requesting a prefix and users who wish to pay the annual service fee for a prefix they have already been allotted must complete the <a href="https://handle.net/PrefixRegistration/">Prefix Registration Form</a></b>. Registration generates an email confirmation message that includes an HNR Transaction Number which is required for processing payment. After you register you will be contacted by the HNR Administrator who will provide you with payment instructions and an invoice. For your information, the types of payment CNRI accepts are listed below.</p> <div class="dotted"> </div> <p style="font-size: 14px;"><b>Credit Cards</b></p> <p>CNRI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please email the Handle.Net Registry Administrator, Christy Short, at hdladmin@cnri.reston.va.us to make arrangements. Please include your HNR Transaction Number and/or prefix number in the email subject line.</p> <div class="dotted"> </div> <p style="font-size: 14px;"><b>PayPal</b></p> <p style="background-color: #e1e1e1; line-height: 32px;"><b>STOP!  You must <a href="https://handle.net/PrefixRegistration/">register</a>, and be issued a current invoice by the HNR Administrator, before you can pay using PayPal.</b></p> <p>Payment is accepted via PayPal.
