The front of the book features full-color pages highlighting the beautiful photography for each sweater. The second half of the book, which contains the written directions for knitting each pattern, is laid out in a 2-color design as a way of keeping printing costs down.</p> <p>The book is organized like a story about a day at the festival using visual transitions between each sweater: the last photo of each sweater also shows the next sweater in the book.</p> <p>The hand-lettered title and illustration work on cover have the feel of a vintage sign. Decorative elements carried throughout the rest of the book capture the spirit of autumn.
