href="/wiki/%D7%98%D7%97%D7%A0%D7%AA_%D7%A7%D7%9E%D7%97" title="טחנת קמח">טחנות קמח</a> ושרידי <a href="/wiki/%D7%90%D7%9E%D7%AA_%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%9D" title="אמת מים">אמות מים</a>. הטחנות הופעלו בעזרת מים מהירדן שהוזרמו לטחנות באמצעות ארבע אמות המים. הטחנות היו בשימוש עד שנת 1967. אחת מאמות המים שופצה אורכה 600 מטר והיא מובילה מים מהירדן אל שתי טחנות קמח ששוחזרו באתר. בחזית טחנות המים משתרעת בריכה המשמשת כיום לתיירות נופש. גם אמת המים ששופצה משמשת במסלולי תיור וניתן ללכת לאורכה. </p><p>מקור מים נוסף בשטח הפארק הוא "עין משפע" הנובע למרגלות תל בית צידה. במרחק לא רב מהנביעה נחפרה בריכת מים רדודה אליה זורמים מי ה<a href="/wiki/%D7%9E%D7%A2%D7%99%D7%99%D7%9F" title="מעיין">מעיין</a> והמשמשת גם היא לתיירות נופש, מי המעיין זורמים לאחר הבריכה בפלג ונשפכים לירדן. </p><p>בשטח האתר הוכשרו מספר מסלולי הליכה העוברים באתרים השונים, בתוך סבך הצמחייה, לאורך הירדן, לאורך ובתוך אמת המים טחנות הקמח, תל בית צידה והמעיין. </p><p>במרכז שטח הפארק משתרעת חורשת עצי <a href="/wiki/%D7%90%D7%A7%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%A4%D7%98%D7%95%D7%A1" title="אקליפטוס">אקליפטוס</a>. הצמחייה בפארק היא ברובה צמחיית נחלים הכוללת שיחי <a
